Located in a quiet area, it is an ideal choice for families or couples looking for a pleasant vacation with a real summer atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity there is a promenade by the sea with restaurants and cafes, while the nearest beach is 150 meters from the accommodation.

This apartment, located on the ground floor, can accommodate a maximum of three adults. The apartment includes a bathroom, a functional kitchen with a sofa for one person, as well as a comfortable bedroom with a double bed.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, free Wi-Fi internet, TV, washing machine, hair dryer are available to guests, while the kitchen is equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle and a toaster.

The accommodation is located near the sea. It is on a quiet street with no crowds. It is separated from the sea by one row of buildings. It has a terrace with a hose where you can wash your feet after the beach. It has a small kitchen equipped with all the basic necessities. The hygiene is at a high level. We were welcomed with clean towels, clean bedding, and there was no dust anywhere. At the end of the holiday, the owner Alexandros offered us to stay one more night for free because the apartment was available.

We stayed at this accommodation during our vacation in Nikiti and can say that it fully met, and even exceeded, our expectations. The location is excellent – Nikiti proved to be the perfect base for exploring all of Sithonia, and the accommodation is situated in a very convenient place. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. It is clear that the owner paid attention to every detail, as absolutely everything needed for a pleasant stay is available. We were especially impressed by the Wi-Fi, which is fast, stable, and reliable – practically like at home. At first, we were a bit skeptical because there were no reviews on the website, but it turned out that this fear was completely unfounded. The experience was even better than we expected. Special praise goes to the owner, who is extremely kind, warm, and helpful. He was always available when needed, yet at the same time unobtrusive and respectful. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a carefree and pleasant holiday in Nikiti. We would gladly come back again.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
