Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

It is located in a quieter area, yet just a few minutes' walk from shops and restaurants, and 900 meters from the beach. The interior of the apartment is modern, functional, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The seaside promenade in Nikiti is one of the most beautiful in the region – long, well-maintained, and surrounded by modern bars and traditional taverns offering a wide variety of food and drinks. The town beach is mostly sandy, both on the shore and in the water, with a long shallow area ideal for children and families. Nikiti is a great base for exploring Sithonia, as a nearby junction connects roads leading to both the eastern and western coasts of the peninsula, providing easy access to numerous beaches and places of interest.
