Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Limani Nikiti Suites is a modern and contemporary accommodation, carefully designed down to the smallest detail to provide maximum comfort to guests. The interior exudes elegance, combining modern design with warm tones to create a pleasant atmosphere. It is located in the very center of Nikiti, close to the marina, with restaurants, cafés, and shops within easy reach, while the marina itself is only a few dozen meters away. The beach is about 650 meters from the property, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy both a stroll through the center and relaxing by the sea. Thanks to its location at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts of Sithonia, it is an ideal base for exploring numerous beaches that are equally close on both sides of the peninsula. Nikiti and its surroundings offer beautiful sandy beaches, a long promenade, and a well-arranged town center that attracts many visitors every year.
The property offers four-bed and six-bed apartments. Four-bed apartments are located on the ground floor, first, or second floor. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for two people. Ground-floor four-bed apartments have their own private pool.
Six-bed apartments are maisonettes, spread over two levels. On the lower level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the upper level, on the second floor, there is an open gallery and a bathroom. Both the open gallery and the bedroom have a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
Upon request, a baby cot and a high chair are available to guests at no extra charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation has air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Guests have free Wi-Fi internet, TV, a safe, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
All ground-floor units have their own private pool with two sunbeds and a parasol, as well as a veranda equipped with seating furniture. Upstairs units have two balconies, also furnished for relaxation. In addition to private pools, the property has a larger shared pool available to all guests, with sunbeds and parasols.
Pets are not allowed.
Apartment cleaning is done daily. Bed linen is changed every third day, and towels are changed every other day.
A parking space is provided for guests in front of the property.
