Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Our House By The Sea is located in Nikiti, about 300 meters from the sea and 550 meters from the organized beach, making it an excellent choice for a family holiday. This spacious and beautifully designed maisonette offers a comfortable environment suitable for both larger families and smaller groups of friends. The interior is thoughtfully arranged, with a functional layout and pleasant décor that creates a homelike atmosphere. The balcony offers a distant sea view, allowing guests to enjoy peaceful moments and a relaxing ambiance. The accommodation is especially popular due to its ideal location for exploring Sithonia, as it is situated at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts, making the most beautiful beaches on both sides of the peninsula easily accessible. Many stunning beaches are located near Nikiti, while the village itself features a well-organized town beach, mostly sandy, as well as a long promenade perfect for evening strolls. The town beach in Nikiti is known for its clean water, sandy shoreline, and areas with long shallow sections, making it particularly suitable for young children.
The apartment, which is structured as a maisonette, is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to six adults and two children. On the lower level, corresponding to the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while on the upper level, corresponding to the second floor, there is an open gallery and a toilet. The bedroom features a double bed, the open gallery includes a double bed and a single bed with a pull-out bed, and the living room offers a sofa for two people.
This air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with air conditioning in all rooms as well as a mobile air conditioner that can be placed on the balcony, provides guests with free WiFi internet, a TV with satellite channels, Netflix and HBO MAX platforms, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, an espresso coffee machine, and a toaster.
