Areti House is an extremely spacious and comfortable apartment, ideal for a larger family or group of friends to stay in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. Conveniently positioned just 345m away from the nearest beach and 600m from the resort centre, it promises a carefree holiday unburdened by worries about transportation, while it also presents an excellent base for exploring this magical peninsula.

This accommodation, intended for a maximum of five adult guests and three children, consists of two levels - the first and the second floor. The living room and kitchen are located on the first floor, while two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while one of them has a sofa for two people, which is also available in the living room.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon guests’ request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, and air conditioners are positioned in the living room and in both bedrooms. The accommodation is also equipped with a Wi-Fi internet connection, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite multimedia content during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary elements and includes a stove with a large oven and four hotplates, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. A washing machine and a hair dryer are also available.

The great advantage of this accommodation is the opportunity to enjoy the open space, consisting of the two balconies that this accommodation features. The balcony on the first floor level is accessed from the living room and is arranged as a pleasant space for spending time and dining outdoors, with seating furniture and enough space, while the balcony on the second floor level is accessed from the bedroom and is equipped with comfortable seating furniture, providing an ideal corner for relaxing and enjoying the peace.

It is also possible to stay in this facility with smaller pets, whose arrival must be announced in advance during the reservation. An additional fee is charged for the stay of pets, while a guarantee deposit is required upon arrival at the accommodation, which is returned at the end of the stay in case no damage has occurred.

Cleaning and the service of changing bed linen and towels are not provided, but it is possible to provide these services for an additional fee. During the stay, the hygiene of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves.

The accommodation does not have private parking spaces within the facility. During their stay, guests can park their cars in the immediate vicinity of the property, along the street, in accordance with available spaces and local parking rules.

Important information

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 8€ per night.
