Nikiti is one of the most popular destinations in Sithonia, known for its charming blend of traditional atmosphere, lively center, restaurants, and a wide range of tourist facilities. The beautiful local beach, with crystal-clear waters and well-organized relaxation areas, offers excellent conditions for enjoying time by the sea.

The offer includes an apartment located on the ground floor, providing guests with a pleasant and comfortable environment during their stay. It can accommodate up to four adults and consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa intended for sleeping two people.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioning units in both the living room and the bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Guests can relax on the private veranda, which is furnished with outdoor seating and offers a pleasant view of the swimming pool located directly in front of the apartment. The pool is shared and used by all guests of the complex, and the sun loungers located next to the pool are also shared and available for all guests to use and relax. A shared barbecue area is also available to guests.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment, allowing them full flexibility to organize their daily routines according to their own preferences. Spare sets of bed linen and towels are provided within the accommodation, and guests may change them at their own discretion, adding to the flexibility and convenience of the stay. For guests who prefer additional comfort, a cleaning service is available during the stay for an extra charge.

Brand-new apartment, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. Enjoy easy access to the pool and the outdoor relaxation area. It’s also ideally located: Nikiti Beach and restaurants are within walking distance, and supermarkets are just 300 m away. Aleksandros was a wonderfully welcoming host. We can only recommend it—an excellent place to stay in Nikiti.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 40% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
