George Suite is located in Nikiti, just 300 m from the beach, in a convenient location that provides quick and easy access to the seafront, promenade, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Its modern interior and proximity to all essential amenities make it an excellent choice for a summer holiday. Nikiti’s picturesque marina, well-maintained beaches, and diverse tourist offer provide plenty of opportunities for relaxation and exploration, while the apartment serves as an ideal starting point for discovering some of Sithonia’s most beautiful beaches.

The two-bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom, offering ample space for families or small groups. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the layout provides added privacy and comfort throughout the stay.

A baby cot is available upon request, provided that guests notify the property in advance when making the reservation. Its use is included in the accommodation price.

The apartment is air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi internet access. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The kitchen features four ceramic hobs, a full-size oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine, making meal preparation easy and convenient. Guests also have access to a washing machine and a hairdryer for added comfort during their stay.

The apartment features a spacious ground-floor veranda furnished with outdoor seating, providing a pleasant space for relaxing in the open air. It is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee, spending time outdoors during the day, or unwinding in the evening.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. Fresh sets of bed linen and towels are provided every fifth day, and guests replace them independently according to their needs.

The property offers two private parking spaces for guests’ use throughout their stay.

Nikiti, located on the western coast of Sithonia, is one of the best-known resorts on Halkidiki, renowned for its combination of traditional charm, rich history, and diverse tourist facilities. The old part of the village, with its stone-built houses, narrow streets, and traditional tavernas, creates a unique atmosphere, while the waterfront is lined with restaurants, cafés, shops, and a lively promenade. Several of Sithonia’s most beautiful beaches are located nearby, including Nikiti Beach, 300 m away, as well as the popular Agios Ioannis Beach, 21 km away, Kalogria Beach, 10 km away, and Koviou Beach, 7 km away, all known for their crystal-clear waters and beautiful natural surroundings. Visitors can also explore attractions such as the mountain village of Parthenonas, 26 km away, the traditional town of Neos Marmaras, 22 km away, and Vourvourou Bay, 17 km away, from where boat trips to nearby islands and secluded beaches are organized. Thessaloniki International Airport is approximately 89 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
