Description
Avra Hotel is located in the first row next to the sea in the picturesque harbour of Ormos Panagias. The first thing that you will notice, is a beautiful tavern on the ground floor of one of the two hotel buildings, where you can try some of the Greek traditional dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. All hotel guests, in agreement with the owner, have a discount on meals.
Trani Ammouda (Livrohio) beach is at about 900 meters away and it's one of the favourite destinations for guests in Sithonia, while the closest beach, city beach, is right in front of hotel, but it is not used so much. Only 100m from hotel is a small grocery shop and a taverns.
In the offer there are 19 double rooms. Rooms (20-23m2) have either a double or two single beds. All rooms have internet, air conditioning, safe, TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer and a bathroom with shower with a curtain. Some accommodation units have direct sea view, some have side sea view and four have no sea view. Accommodation units are cleaned every day when are also replaced bed linen and towels. Laundy service is available with an extra charge.
Continental Breakfast is included in price. It is served next to reception and the buffet includes orange juice, tea, 3 kinds of coffee, butter, local honey, homemade marmalade, 3 kinds of bread, homemade cake, cereals, fresh milk, fruit juice, yogurt, variety of fruits, ham, cheese and/or local pie, sausages or bacon, eggs/omelets. Half-Board includes salad for two persons, appetizers for two, first plate, second plate (selection of two), sweet/fruits. Drinks and refreshments are not included in the price.
The yard is fenced and paved, with tables and chairs to enjoy. On the beach, in front of the accommodation, there is a restaurant. All guests of the hotel can use a discount of 10% in Avra by the sea restaurant. Private parking is also provided.
You will reach the accommodation by driving on the main road and you should enter Ormos Panagias when you see the sign for it. You will drive to the port and then turn right from the port to the right and drive another 50m by the sea until you reach the hotel on the right.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 3 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.

Postovani interesuje me da li je uracunat popust za ranu rezervaciju do 1.4.2017 na iznos koji mi je izasao prilikom ukicavanja datuma dolaska i odlaska, odnosno 10 noci u 3 bed izlazi 846 e pa me interesuje da li je uracunat popust ili ne? I vidim da pominjete studio sa kuhinjom u prizemlju pa me interesije loja ke njegova cena za 25.6.2017 pa narednih 10 noci, hvala
