Our description
Billy's Vacation House is located on the main road near Ormos Panagias. It can be a good choice for those who'd want to relax in a peaceful location, far away from all amenities of the resort, and the proximity of the beach is not crucial to them.
It is about 3,5km away from one of the most famous beaches in Sithonia, Tranni Ammouda, while the nearest market and taverns are about 1km away.
There is one duplex apartment (4+1) on the ground floor for rent, and it has one double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other bedroom, while the kitchen is separate.
The apartment has two terraces, it is air-conditioned, it has WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, laundry drying racks, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There are inside and outside dining tables and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a toaster, kettle, stove with oven and large fridge with freezer. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain.
Bed linen and towels are replaced every four days.
The spacious courtyard is located on the heights. Parking and barbecue are available.

Owners description
The house is new and modernly decorated in bright friendly colours. Two bedrooms are equipped with one double and two (joined) single beds and spacious high closets. Both bedrooms have an exit to one of the terraces. The spacious living room has a large pull-out corner sofa with chaise longue in front of the flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is nicely equipped, with everything you need for cooking, as well as a large fridge, stove and dining area. The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a shower. There are two spacious terraces equipped with sitting sets and a barbecue, extending over three sides of the house, almost always in the shade.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
