Located outside the center of Ormos Panagias, away from the noise, it can be an excellent choice for anyone looking for a quiet holiday, and to whom the proximity to the beach is not important.

The house is located about 1.3 km from Livrohio beach, while the supermarket (Ellinika market) is about 550m away, and the nearest bakery is about 450m away.

It is a house (70m2) which is essentially a duplex apartment. In one bedroom there is a double bed, and in the other bedroom there are two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa for two people. The accommodation is air-conditioned and has a TV (there is one in each room), internet, mosquito net, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and all the necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower cabin. It also has a nicely decorated yard with children’s toys, which is fenced, it even has a covered summer house with a barbecue where you can enjoy, and in front of the entrance there is a balcony with a table and chairs.

There is also the possibility of using a washing machine for free, and the owners have provided you with all the necessary cleaning products.

Baby cots are available for guests, and pets are allowed. The accommodation has a private parking lot, where you can park your car.

Towels and bed linen are changed halfway through the stay, and guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation.

Driving on the highway from the direction of Nikiti, pass the Ellinika supermarket, continue for about 330m, turn into the alley on the left and 400m later you will be in front of this accommodation.

If you are looking for privacy and accommodation in a quiet location, then Stagkonis House can be an excellent choice for your vacation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
