Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The Pyrgos Bungalows accommodation is located in a peaceful location in Ormos Panagias, on the beach of the same name that connects to one of the most popular beaches in Sithonia - Trani Ammouda. Free umbrellas and sunbeds, as well as proximity to the shore, are just some of the advantages of this accommodation.
The sandy beach is only a few steps away, the nearest supermarket and bakery are located in Ormos Panagias, which is about 1km away, and the village of Agios Nikolaos is 5km away.
There are six ground floor apartments on two levels (45m2) that can accommodate 5 people. Three apartments have a sofa for two in the living room with a kitchen, a single bed in the bedroom, and a double bed on the upper level that is not separated by doors. The other three apartments have a sofa for one in the living room with a kitchen, bunk beds in the bedroom, and a double bed on the upper level that is also not separated by doors.
The kitchens in all apartments have a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove with one burner, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a microwave, and necessary utensils. The bathrooms have tiles enclosed by a glass partition. All apartments have private terraces with a table and chairs.
The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. Guests can use a shared washing machine in agreement with the owners. A baby cot is available upon request. Towel and linen changes, as well as cleaning of the accommodation units, are done every 4 nights. Pets are allowed with prior agreement.
The accommodation has a large, fenced garden full of greenery with tables, chairs, and a bar. Private parking and a common barbecue are available.
Pyrgos Bungalows can be a good choice for visitors who enjoy a pleasant ambiance right by the shore.
