Pyrgos Bungalows is located in the surroundings of a small, fishing village on the east coast of Sithonia, Ormos Panagias, intended for those who want an extremely peaceful holiday, just a few steps from a sandy beach with turquoise blue water.
To make your stay pleasant and unforgettable, the hosts of this accommodation have made an effort you bring the best memories, taking care of every detail in this elegantly furnished and above all, comfortable and functional accommodation.
As part of this accommodation, ground-floor apartments are offered, which are maisonettes on two levels, which can accommodate a maximum of two adults and three children. The apartments on the lower level, which is on the ground floor, have a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while on the upper level, in the attic, they have an open gallery with a sleeping area. Apartments within the open gallery have a double bed in the sleeping area, those with one single bed in the bedroom have a sofa for two in the living room, and those with bunk beds in the bedroom have a sofa for one in the living room person.
A baby cot is available upon request, within the price.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and offer their guests free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with an induction hob with one hotplate, a microwave oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard or the sea, on the furnished veranda.
In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, you can find a lot of content, both for you and your kids, whether you enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends or playing a game of tennis or table tennis.
Within the beach bar, one set of sunbeds and umbrellas is provided for guests of the accommodation, included in the price.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and within the price.
Cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels is done every fourth day. Laundry service is also available to guests as part of the price.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
Pyrgos Bungalows is located 10 km from the popular resort of Nikiti, 40 km from the town of Sarti, and 100 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
