The ground floor apartment is designed for a comfortable stay for up to four adults, and its entrance is accessed by only a few steps, in total three, providing easy and practical access. It features a pleasant ambiance that includes one bedroom, a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room offers a single bed with an additional pull-out bed, ensuring practical and comfortable accommodation for all guests. The combination of simplicity, comfort, and harmoniously decorated spaces makes the apartment suitable for short or longer stays.

A baby cot is available upon request at no extra charge.

The accommodation is equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning in the living room, maintaining a pleasant temperature even during the hottest days, while free WiFi provides internet connectivity, and a TV with satellite channels offers moments of relaxation. The kitchen is carefully designed and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and meal preparation as at home. A stove with four burners and a large oven facilitate the preparation of hot meals, while a large fridge with a freezer provides enough space for storing food and refreshing drinks. Ormos Panagias is located on the northeastern coast of Sithonia, between the Kassandra Peninsula and Mount Athos, in the Halkidiki region. This small fishing village is situated by a peaceful bay overlooking the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea and serves as a natural harbor for the nearby village of Agios Nikolaos, just a few kilometers away. It is named after the church of the Virgin Mary from the Byzantine period, which still preserves its historical and spiritual significance. The place maintains an authentic, relaxed atmosphere. The harbor is the center of activity, where in the morning, fishing boats can be seen slowly sailing towards Mount Athos, while along the coast, there are taverns preparing fresh fish and seafood. The streets are simple but lively, with small shops and local vendors. The nearest and most famous beach is Trani Ammouda, a wide sandy shore with crystal clear waters and a natural environment, ideal for a peaceful and relaxing day. At the same time, thanks to its good location, it is easy to visit the surrounding beaches of Sithonia or take boat trips to Mount Athos and the nearby islands. Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
