Hotel Description

Savas House is located in a beautifully landscaped yard and pleasant ambience on a quiet location, near the beach in area Paradisos. The building is regularly maintained, and the accommodation units are well equipped, comfortable and clean. The summer kitchen and outside barbecue allow pleasant moments for dining, socializing and relaxing in the garden.

House is located about 100m from the famous Paradisos beach, while the center of Neos Marmaras is about 1km far away, and the city beach about 2km. The nearest grocery store and a bakery are located in about 400m from the accommodation, and right next to the sea there are several beach and snack bars, tavernas and restaurants.

In the offer are six rooms and two apartments.

Rooms (18m2) can accommodate two people. They have one double or two single beds, and the possibility of adding an extra bed. They have a refrigerator with a smal freezer and a spacious terrace. Bathroom has a shower tray with curtain. Four of them are located on the ground floor and first floor, while in the semi-basement there are two double rooms.

The apartments (28m2) are located on the second floor, and their capacity is four people. The classic apartment has a double bed in the dining room with a kitchen, and in the separate bedroom there are two single beds. One apartment has two bedrooms separated from the kitchen. In one of them there are two single beds, and in the other there is a double bed. Kitchens in the apartments are equipped with hotplates and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. Access to the balcony in both apartments has only one room. The bathrooms in the apartments have a shower tray with curtain.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have TV and WiFi, while the building does not have mosquito nets. The balconies are covered, spacious and equipped with seating set and drying rack. If some guests need a hair dryer or laundry service (valid for a stay longer than a week), they can contact the owners. The change of towels and bed linen is done every three days.

In the pleasant courtyard guests can enjoy and use outdoor shower, seating sets, barbecue or summer kitchen with fridge and stove, which is a kind of well-equipped shared kitchen. The yard is fenced and suitable for children’s running and playing. There is no private parking, but there is a space in front of the accommodation where guests can park their cars without any problems.

The turn for Savas House is at the Sunset Hotel, after which you should go forward and at about 70m on the right side you will see two-storey building with a beautifully landscaped yard.

Savas House is recommended for those who want a peaceful and friendly atmosphere and decent accommodation in a pleasant environment outside crowds and noise, very close to a beautiful beach.

The location is just 100 meters from the beach. Parking is available at all times. It is a tranquil area free from noise.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
