The accommodation was excellent, just as described and depicted in the pictures. Cleaning is done every three days. There is ample parking available for all vehicles. Paradiso Beach is a mere three-minute walk away, and I recommend heading to the left side of the beach, which is wider and more interesting, offering natural shade. There is also a large yard suitable for families with children, featuring plenty of outdoor tables. At the other end of the yard is Dimitri Tavern, where guests receive a 10% discount, and the bakery is right next door, with a market located across the street. All in all, an excellent accommodation.

The best vacation for 12 years!!! Precision, comfort, and kindness are the highest recommendations. Everything you need is located just a few dozen meters away. The yard is spacious, perfect for evening enjoyment, sports, or any other type of relaxation.

Anastasia studios come highly recommended! We stayed in an apartment located in the basement; the description mentions that they are of lower quality, but we were completely satisfied. These apartments are particularly suitable for families with small children, due to the stairs, at least in our case, as the kids frequently went in and out of the yard and apartment. The beach is nearby, there were no crowds, and the water is crystal clear. In close proximity, there is a large supermarket, a bakery, and a restaurant that actually shares the same yard. For those seeking a vacation without the need to get into a car, this could be the perfect choice, as everything you need is within a 100-meter radius. You can walk to Neos Marmaras, or take a vehicle that runs every hour. All in all, a strong recommendation!

We are pleased with the accommodation and the communication with the owner, who speaks English well and is exceptionally kind. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the beach, the water was always clean, and the sunsets are beautiful for photography (8 PM - 8:30 PM). This beach was our choice for afternoon swimming on several days. The accommodation is clean and tidy, and the bed linens are changed every three days. The terrace is pleasant, and at any time, you can also enjoy the spacious and beautifully landscaped yard. There is a mosquito net, aluminum shutters, air conditioning, and we didn’t even find it hot in the accommodation, so we rarely used the air conditioning. If you are driving, you can visit some nearby beaches. In the morning, around 8-9 AM, parking is easy to find, while around 10-11 AM it gets busier, but you can still find a spot. Langomandra is the right side of the beach, and there is plenty of shade everywhere. We visited the beaches of Elia, Koviou, Kalogria, and the city beach in Neos Marmaras, which is similar or identical to the beach near the accommodation; each is beautiful in its own way and worth visiting. The drive from the accommodation to Kalamitzi beach takes about 40 minutes, but there is parking right at the beach, and it is lovely; while to Trania Ammouda, it takes about 25 minutes by car, also with parking at the beach, where the sea has an unreal color, but both beaches lack shade. In the accommodation, you have all the necessary utensils, a mini stove with two burners, quite sufficient for eggs, soup, etc. There is a discount at the taverna Dimitris, and the market above the accommodation is well stocked, offering fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, and card payment is accepted. The place is quiet, there was no crowd, and apart from a few taverns/restaurants and cafes on the beach street, there are no other facilities. There is a shuttle that goes to Neos, costing 6€ for adults and 4€ for children. We are satisfied with the accommodation and would gladly stay here again.

We are extremely satisfied with this accommodation. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, with bed linens and towels changed every three days. There was a large refrigerator, a kettle, basic utensils, a spacious and lovely terrace, a safe, and a mosquito net. The biggest advantage is the beautiful courtyard where both we and the children enjoyed. The hostess is very kind and speaks English well. Across from the accommodation, there is a well-equipped market, and the Dimitris tavern where we received a 10% discount as guests of the accommodation, along with a bakery right next door. There is plenty of parking space in the courtyard. Paradiso beach is a five-minute walk away, while the city beach requires a drive. All in all, highly recommended!

The accommodation is excellent; we are extremely satisfied. Everything looks just like in the pictures, the yard is spacious and perfect for children. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is changed every three days. The landlady is exceptionally kind and open to collaboration. The only downside was a small construction site across the street, but even that cannot diminish the positive impression of the accommodation.

The accommodation deserves high praise and recommendation. The hostess is courteous, everything is very tidy, bed linens and towels are changed every three days, and the space you stay in is thoroughly cleaned. The beach is nearby, and the sea is crystal clear. Close to the apartment, you will find a grocery store, bakery, restaurant, and shops.

The accommodation is excellent, as is the kindness of the hostess who is always available for any issues and for a pleasant chat. It is very clean, both in the apartment and in the well-kept yard. Cleaning is done every third day. The only minor complaint is that the bed is a bit short; for taller individuals, it may feel quite cramped. However, this might not be the case in all apartments. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. There are restaurants, shops, and bakeries nearby, and the beach is relatively close as well.

The relationship between price and quality is excellent, the yard is beautiful, we spent a lot of time in it, and it is perfect for children.

The location of the villa is exceptionally satisfactory, with cleanliness and tidiness maintained at a high level (bed linens and towels changed three times). The owner's friendliness is remarkable (always a smile on her face and asking if everything is alright).

Bevme is located in a two-bed studio.

We visited in July 2022. The house is situated in an excellent location, featuring a beautifully landscaped yard and private parking. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The air conditioning works perfectly. The rooms are modest and smaller in size, but they have lovely large terraces. We enjoyed a view of the sea. The landlady was kind, and cleanliness is maintained regularly. Considering that we do not cook complicated meals while on vacation, the accommodation met all our needs.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and tidy, featuring a spacious terrace. The courtyard is perfect, ideal for families with children who have a place to play on the lawn. There is also a sunbathing area and spots to enjoy the evening hours, as well as a grill for barbecuing. Parking is provided in the shaded courtyard. The owner pleasantly surprised us, always available when needed. A larger market is located across the street, along with a bakery and a restaurant. When you think of the sea, you have already arrived at the beach. Highly recommended 😊

A stay at Anastasia's house is a true retreat. The location is exceptional, with everything just a two-minute walk away: the beach, a store, a bakery, a fish market, and the delightful Dimitros tavern. The cleanliness of the apartment and the entire house is more than impeccable; everything shines. The hostess is wonderful, kind, and unobtrusive. A special bonus is the proximity to Neos Marmaras, which can be reached by a pleasant stroll, and in the evening, one can also drive there.

We have just returned from our vacation. I can only speak highly of Anastasia Studios. The hostess is kind and accommodating, and she speaks English, making communication easy. The cleanliness is at a high level! Every third day, two women (one is local and the other is Greek) come to clean, vacuum, wipe down surfaces, and change the linens and towels. After their visit, everything smells wonderful! The beach is just a two-minute walk away, and you can choose whether to lounge on sunbeds or relax on the sand. What particularly impressed me was the spacious yard with lovely grass, play equipment for children (swings, seesaws...) and various seating arrangements for relaxation and sunbathing. Enjoying an afternoon coffee with a book in the beautiful yard is priceless! Additionally, there is ample parking for all vehicles (the entrance is right next to the Dimitris restaurant). The bathroom is very nice and spacious by Greek standards, with plenty of shelves for storage. Although not everything was perfect, our apartment had a bathroom without a window (no. 5), but it wasn't a significant issue. Furthermore, the kitchen, specifically ours, is quite small and equipped with standard minimalism, but what bothered me was the lack of storage space in the kitchen and the absence of a dish drainer. Overall, we are very satisfied!

Staying at Anastasia's was a wonderful experience. Everything was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was new and renovated. Although Anastasia is a bit strict, it does not detract from the overall impression.

We vacationed from September 3rd to 13th, 2018, at the mentioned accommodation, along with my family and our friends' family. Believe me, we had a wonderful time at Anastasia Studios! The pictures you see cannot capture the personal experience until you see and experience it for yourself! The property is close to Marmaris, yet sufficiently separated so that you do not have NOISE, CAR AND MOTORCYCLE RUSH! Regarding the beach, my family and friends honestly thought it was nothing special and that other beaches at Sitnoja were much nicer! However, we were mistaken! Paradiso is just as its name suggests - BEAUTIFUL! Especially the left side, closer to Marmaris! For children - HEAVEN! A gradual entry into the sea, where the water is up to the waist for small children, and it continues like that for 30 meters! Crystal clear! There were NO waves or wind for 11 days!!! The studio is a story in itself. Quite comfortable, clean, well-maintained, with a beautiful and comfortable terrace! We had a safe and air conditioning for FREE! We did not expect that! We thought there would be an extra charge! Linen change like in hotels - EVERY 3 DAYS! About the owner... Anastasija... we have nothing but praise! A wonderful and cheerful woman, ALWAYS AVAILABLE, 24 hours! She speaks English PERFECTLY and understands the languages of other nationalities... Serbian, Bulgarian, Romanian... The yard is ideal for small children! We enjoyed it! The beach is just 150m from the studio! Parking is provided in the yard! We had cold and hot water 24 hours a day, as much as you need! There is even a mosquito repellent device in the studios! The screens are sliding on the doors! In a word... WONDERFUL!! NOTE: For our tourists: Food is expensive in supermarkets! We brought our own food, cooked and prepared, meat, milk... believe me, it was worth it!!! I would like to thank the kind staff of Nikana, as I was skeptical that everything would turn out as it should. NIKANA, thank you from the Antic and Ristic families! From now on, only through you!

We stayed in apartment no. 9, which was adequately sized for two adults and a small child. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, however, there was neither a sponge nor dishwashing gel. The refrigerator was large but constantly running and quite noisy; since I sleep in a room with a refrigerator at home, I know it shouldn’t be like that. The bathroom was spacious enough, equipped with toilet paper and soap, but the shower cabin with a curtain hasn’t been replaced in probably many years, making it dirty and odorous. The showerhead itself is of very poor quality, likely 20 years old, and the toilet is positioned towards the shower, so when you use it, your feet get wet in the shower cabin. The beds were dreadful, creaking at the slightest movement, and some boards were more comfortable than the mattresses, making sleep very uncomfortable. The terrace was lovely with ample furniture, however, there was only a plastic transparent fence between the rooms, so forget about privacy. Parking is available in the courtyard, covered, right next to the accommodation. The yard is beautifully landscaped and maintained, featuring a stone barbecue, plenty of toys for children, and seating for adults, but next to it is a large overgrown meadow, making it infested with mosquitoes, to the point that it’s almost impossible to go outside in the evening. The beach is close, about 1 km from the center of Neos Marmaras. The landlady was kind and accommodating to all our requests, selling olive oil as well. They have their own restaurant with decent food, though prices are a bit higher. What bothered us was that they told us we had a 10% discount at the restaurant, but we could never use it. All in all, we will certainly not return here due to the extremely uncomfortable beds that left us hardly rested.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation. With two small children, this studio was the perfect choice, thanks to the spacious green yard and facilities for children, located near the beach and in a quiet area. The owners are exceptional hosts, always available if assistance is needed. Right next door is a tavern with excellent food at very reasonable prices, so anyone not in the mood for cooking can easily grab a takeaway lunch, which is always outstanding, no matter what you order. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone, especially families with small children.
