Our description
Anastasia Studios is an accommodation near Paradisos beach in Neos Marmaras and it's a paradise for guests looking for a relaxing holiday on a quiet location, not far from the beach. A beautifully arranged and secure courtyard with lawn, sitting sets, flowers and toys for children, as well as air-conditioned and tastefully furnished studios, with wireless internet, promise all the comfort and peace.
Accommodation is located 180m from Paradisos Beach in Neos Marmaras. The well-known Dimitrios tavern, the fish market and the grocery store, you'll find at just 60m.
In total there are 13 studios for 2-4 people.
All double studios have one double bed, except for two on the second floor that are with two single beds. These two studios are interconnected by doors, so they can also be used as an apartment witih two bedrooms.
Triple studios studios feature one double and one single bed, with the option to add an extra bed. Quadruple studios have two double beds.
Three studios (double, triple and quadruple) are located on the ground floor (three steps below the ground level) and they're little bit less quality compared to the studios on the first and second floor. The first floor could be seen as a high ground floor because it's ten stairs above the ground level.
The quadruple studio on the ground floor has two double beds with baldachin, triple has one double and a single bed (the beds are wooden and this studio has a slightly lower quality compared to the rest), and the double studio has one double bed. In front of the studios on the ground floor, there's a shared porch with tables and chairs, while the other studios have a spacious private terrace covered with an awning.
The studios are air-conditioned, they have a kitchen with hotplate, refrigerator and necessary dishes, TV, internet and modern sliding mosquito nets. In the bathroom, there's a shower area enclosed with a wall and curtain (in some there's a glass wall around the shower instead of a shower tray). Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three nights.
The yard, as we have already mentioned, is exceptionally beautifully arranged, with a beautiful and well-groomed lawn, children's facilities and sitting sets. It's enclosed and safe. Within the courtyard, there's a private parking lot with six covered spaces, while the rest of the parking lot isn't covered.
Following the road Nikiti – Sarti main, after the Star Paradise Hotel (on the right side of the road) turn to the second street on the right, drive for 130m and turn left. 30m later you will see Anastasia Studios.

Our family-operated Studios Anastasia are located within one of the most beautiful regions in Greece, Sithonia, Halkidiki's second peninsula.
This peninsula is well known for its diversified coastline: The turquoise sea with its beautiful sandy bays surrounded by pine-trees, picturesque fishing villages, idyllic small harbours and mountain ranges for hiking will create an unforgettable holiday experience for you. Relax in our large surrounding garden with flowers and trees, where your children can play and roam carefreely or spent the sunny days on the nearby Paradisos beach. Enjoy specialities of the traditional Greek cuisine in Taverna Dimitris which is located next to our garden area. Let Sithonia's variety spoil yourself far away from mass tourism. Studio Anastasia offers various rooms of the following types: double rooms, triple rooms, triple rooms with extra bed. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Zadovoljni smo smeštajem i komunikacijom sa vlasnicom koja dobro govori engleski i izuzetno je ljubazna. Par minuta do plaže pešaka, voda je uvek bila čista i zalasci sunca su prelepi za fotografisanje (20h-20.30h) i bila je naš izbor za popodnevno kupanje par dana. Smeštaj je čist i uredan, posteljina se menja trećeg dana. Terasa je pristojna,a u bilo koje doba možete biti i u dvorištu koje je veliko i lepo uređeno. Imate komarnik, aluminijumske kapke, klimu, a nama nije ni bilo vruće u smeštaju pa smo klimu retko koristili. Ako ste autom možete ići na neke od plaža u blizini. Ujutru oko 8-9h birate parking, oko 10-11h je već gužva ali nađe se mesto. Langomandra- desni deo plaže, a svuda ima velikog hlada. Obišli smo plaže Elia, Koviou, Kalogria, gradsku u Neos Marmarasu koja je slična ili ista kao plaža blizu smeštaja; svaka lepa na svoj način i vredi obići ih. Od smeštaja do plaže Kalamitzi vožnja je oko 40min, ali imate parking kod same plaže i lepa je; dok do Trania Ammouda imate oko 25min voznje, isto parking na plaži, nestvarna boja mora, a obe plaže nemaju hlad. U smeštaju imate sav pribor za jelo, mini šporet sa dve ringle sasvim ok za jaja, supicu i sl. Imate popust u taverni Dimitris, a i market iznad samog smeštaja je ok snabdeven, ima i svežeg mesa, voća,povrća, možete plaćati karticom. Mesto je mirno, nije bilo gužve, a sem par taverni/restorančića i kafića u ulici na plaži nema drugih sadržaja. Postoji vozić koji ide do Neosa, 6e odrasli, 4e deca. Zadovoljni smo smeštajem i rado bismo ponovo odseli u istom.

Prezadovoljni smo ovim smeštajem. Soba nam je bila lepa i izuzetno čista, posteljina i peškiri su nam menjani na 3 dana. Veliki frižider, kuvalo za vodu, osnovno posuđe, velika i lepa terasa, sef, komarnik. Najveći plus je prelepo dvorište u kome smo uživali i mi i deca. Gazdarica je veoma ljubazna i dobro govori engleski. Prekoputa smeštaja je dobro opremljen market, taverna Dimitris u kojoj smo imali 10%popusta kao gosti smeštaja, pekara odmah pored. Puno mesta za parking u dvorištu. Paradiso plaža je na 5 minuta hoda, do gradske plaže mora kolima. Sve u svemu, sve preporuke!

Sobe su cisćene i posteljina je menjana svaka 3 dana, gazdarica je izuzetno ljubazna i otvorena za saradnju. Jedina mana je malo gradiliste koje je bilo preko puta,ali ni to ne moze da pokvari dobar utisak o smestaju.
