Our description
Paradise Maisonettes is a new accommodation, on a quiet location of Paradissos area in Neos Marmaras. It's comfortable and well equipped with modern and quality pieces of furniture. In a pleasant ambience, out of the crowd and noise, it's designed and adapted to meet the highest expectations and standards.
It's located about 200m from the Paradisos beach, the city center is at about 1km, and the city beach is at about 2km. There are plenty of facilities on the beach, such as bars, taverns and restaurants at your fingertips, and at the entrance to Neos Marmaras, about 500m from the accommodation, there are a bakery and a well-equipped supermarket.
In the offer are four identically equipped maisonettes (77m2) for a maximum of six persons, consisting of a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a toilet on the lower level, as well as two bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper level.
In the living room, there's a corner sofa (when unfolded becomes a bed for two with standard mattresses), 40'' TV and air-conditioning. In the kitchen, there is a stove with induction hob, large fridge with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, necessary dishes and cutlery. There is also a small toilet on the lower level. Interior stairs with railing lead to the upper floor with two bedrooms. Each one has a 25'' TV, air conditioning and a closet, one has a double, and the other has two connected single beds. Only one of the bedrooms has access to the balcony with a sitting set. There's also a bathroom with a glass shower cabin on the upper level. Apart from the balcony on the first floor, there's a terrace with an awning and a dining room in front of the maisonette.
WiFi internet, satellite television and mosquito nets are available to guests, while baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done 2-3 times during the stay (depending on the length).
The yard is small, but very nicely arranged. It's completely enclosed and suitable for children, but also for adults having fun and enjoying the barbecue. Private parking is not available, but next to the accommodation, there's plenty of free parking space for everyone.
The turn for accommodation is at the Sunset Hotel, after which you will find this modern property in the second street on the right after about 200 meters.
Paradise Maisonettes could be a good choice for guests looking for a peaceful holiday near the beach, in a modern, nicely equipped, spacious, bright and neat accommodation.

Paradise Maisonettes is a complex located 90m from the Blue Flag beach Paradissos in Neos Marmaras, at only 800m from the city center.
It consists of four newly built maisonettes, each to accommodate up to six people. Four people in two bedrooms on the first floor and two people in the living room.
All rooms have air-conditioning, free WiFi internet and satellite TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, furnished sun terrace for relaxation, garden and BBQ facilities for the grill lovers.
Nearby you can find restaurants, market and shops.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights. You can't use AC in your room if in any other room any window is open which is really annoying and challenging. Without AC you can't sleep upstairs because temperatures are extremely high and unfortunately as I mentioned we couldn't turn on AC if another couple in the next room has their window opened! Wifi is not working at all, you can barely open any internet page if there are more than 2 users connected (and it's always more than 2). I don't recommend this at all. Don't waste your money. Platili smo punu cenu za smestaj za 4 osobe i za jednu bebu od 8 meseci dodatnih 160 eura. Receno nam je da cemo imati hranilicu za bebu koju nismo imali sto nam je jako otezalo boravak. Krevetac smo dobili ali nismo imali gde da ga smestimo. Jedva smo se provlacili u sobi kako bi usli ili izasli zbog mesta koje je zauzeo krevetac za bebu. Vrata od terase ili prozor se NE MOGU otvarati u koliko klima radi u susednoj sobi gde je odseo drugi par. Tako da smo se preznojavali nocima jer potrkovlje nema nikakvu izolaciju. Takodje nam je receno da cemo imati pristup internetu sto je nama kao programerima jako bitno. Internet nismo imali, tacnije nismo mogli ni stranicu na google-u da otvorimo a kamo li nesto vise. Ja sam morao da radim tih dana tako da sam extra morao da placam internet koji sam uzimao od svog provajdera u romingu sto me je papreno skupo kostalo. Apartman je cist, lokacija je odlicna ali uslovi su katastrofa. Trazili smo delimican povracaj novca ali nas host ne odgovara na poruke. Ne preporucujem!
