If you want to stay in luxurious and modern accommodation, close to Paradissos beach, then Aithra Luxury can be an excellent choice for you.

The building is located near the highway and is about 240m from Paradissos beach, which has taverns and various bars, and the nearest supermarket is about 30 meters away. The center of Neos Marmaras is less than 1 km away, and the city beach is about 2 km away.

The accommodation has three three-bed rooms on the ground floor and three four-bed rooms on the first floor.

Triple rooms (35m2) have a double bed and a folding armchair. Each room has a separate private seating area with a table and chairs in front of the entrance.

Four-bed rooms (45m2) are equipped with a double bed in a gallery and a folding sofa bed forn two people.

All accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, mosquito net and TV (four-bed lofts have two TVs).

The bathrooms have a shower cabin, and a hairdryer is also available.

Changing of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, are done every three days. The accommodation has its own private parking lot where you can park your car. The owners can provide you with a baby cot, while pets are not allowed.

You will find the accommodation very easily, coming from the direction of Neos Marmaras and following the main Nikiti-Sarti road, after passing the BP gas station, continue straight for another 160m and you will see the accommodation on your right.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
