Hotel Description

Belvedere House is a charming cottage located near the port in the village of Porto Koufo. Nestled in a small courtyard, far from the noise, it can be an excellent choice for guests seeking a peaceful holiday by the sea.

The accommodation is 200m away from the beach and 350m from the nearest market and famous taverns. The beach is sandy and narrow, but the entrance to the water is rocky in some parts.

This is a studio (30m2) that can accommodate four people. In the room with the kitchen, there is a sofa for two people, and on the gallery, which is not separated by doors and is reached by a staircase with 7 steps, there is a double bed.

The kitchen is small, with a stove with one burner, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and necessary cookware. The bathroom is two steps above ground level and has no shower cabin or curtain, only tiles.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, has a TV, WiFi internet, and a hairdryer.

The terrace has a table and chairs with a view of the courtyard. Guests have a clean set of towels and bed linen at their disposal, which they change themselves, and they also maintain the hygiene in the accommodation themselves. Pets are allowed to stay.

The courtyard is fenced with a secure parking space.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
