For reservations for period from 01.05.2026 to 30.09.2026, for 10 or more paid nights guest will have 1 nights for free.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Paradise Lagoon Villa is located just outside the village of Porto Koufo, 2.3 km from the center and approximately 600 m from the beach, making it an ideal choice for guests seeking peace and privacy. The property is surrounded by a lagoon, hills, and lush greenery, creating a unique natural oasis perfect for complete relaxation. It is an exceptionally quiet place, far from crowds and noise, ideal for unwinding throughout the entire season. The spacious yard allows guests to enjoy the outdoors, and it provides direct access to the pier. At the pier, there is a small boat that guests are free to use for exploring the lagoon. The villa is modern and beautifully decorated, with carefully selected details that enhance comfort and create a pleasant atmosphere.
The three-bedroom apartment is located on a raised ground floor, accessible by five steps. It is suitable for up to eight adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms features a double bed and a private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. In the living room, there is a corner sofa that can accommodate two additional persons.
Upon request, a baby cot is available and included in the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has AC units in the living room and in the bedrooms, guests can use free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
