Description
Lelegianni Studios and Apartments is a comfortable and decent accommodation not far from the beautiful sandy beach in Psakoudia. The accommodation units are bright, clean and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is surrounded by greenery in a spacious and nicely paved yard with plenty of natural shade.
The beach is at 350-400m, and the town center with the whole tourist offer (shops, taverns and beach bars) are also in the immediate vicinity, just a short walk away. The large supermarket Masoutis is at about 750m.
There are two types of accommodation units, studios and apartments, located on the ground floor (1-2 steps above ground level), the first and second floors. The studios have three single beds and the possibility of adding one extra bed with an additional charge, while the apartments consist of two separate rooms, a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two single beds (with the possibility of adding one extra bed with an additional charge).
The studios and apartments have an equipped kitchenette with a fridge, hotplates, necessary utensils and cutlery, TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet and a veranda or balcony with seating area and drying rack. The bathrooms have been renovated and they are equipped with a shower tray with curtain. Bed linen and towels are provided, while guests take care of the hygiene of their accommodation unit during the stay.
In the large, well-maintained and paved yard with plenty of greenery, suitable for children's play, guests can use a barbecue and seating and dining sets. Private parking is also provided.
You will find this accommodation below the main road, about 1,3km after passing the first turn for Psakoudia.
If you need comfortable and very neat accommodation, on a good location and nice ambience, Lelegianni Studios and Apartments may be the good choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 25 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobro vece, mene interesuje boravak od 10 noci nasi termini su fleksibilni od 1-5 jula dolazak pa deset dana ili termini od 31 jula do 15 avgusta opet deset dana . Smestaj je dve odrasle osobe , jedno dete od 15 godina i imamo kucu koja mesanac, stene od 7 meseci naravno i cena hvala
