Our description

4-You Residence is a modern and nicely decorated accommodation located on the picturesque coast of Salonikiou. This is a new accommodation near the beach, isolated from populated places, and as such it could be an excellent choice for couples and families whose peace is a necessary factor for a quality holiday.

The beach is at 100m, the village of Metagitsi is 4km away, and the fishing village Pyrgadikia where guests can taste traditional specialities and fresh fish is 6km away. The bus stop is at 150m, and the bar and restaurant on the beach are about 1,5km away.

They offer four quintuple duplex apartments (40m2), two quintuple apartments (30m2) and two triple studios (22m2).

Duplex apartments have one double bed i.e. two sofa beds in two bedrooms and another double bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, stove with oven and necessary dishes. In the bathroom, there is a glass-enclosed tub. These apartments can accommodate five adults, or two adults and three children. Two are located on the ground floor, and two are on the first floor.

The quintuple apartments have one double and a sofa bed in the bedroom, while in the living room with a kitchen there's another sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, stove with oven and necessary dishes. In the bathroom, there is a shower cabin. These apartments can accommodate two adults and three children. One is located on the ground floor and the second on the first floor.

The triple studios located in a separate building have one double and a sofa bed. The kitchen is small, with a small fridge, mini stove with three hot plates and necessary dishes. The studios are located on the high ground floor.

All accommodation units have a TV, internet, air conditioning and a terrace with a dining table and a drying rack.

Cleaning and replacing of bed linen and towels is done every third day.

In the large and enclosed yard, there's a gazebo, grill and private parking.

This accommodation is not difficult to reach. From the village of Agios Nikolaos, follow the signs to Salonikiou and little bit before the end of beach, you'll see 4-You Residence on the left.

The accommodation is ideal for families with children and for all who wants a quiet holiday.

The 4-You Residence is an elegant seasonal lodging. It is found in one of the most beautiful regions of Halkidiki, in the graphic coast Salonikiou in Agios Nikolaos, Sithonia.

The enchanting view of the peninsula and Mount Athos with the marvellous natural environment of its locality, combine the ideal conditions for a luxurious and unique vacation.

It's at 50m from splendid, Blue Flag rewarded sea and the beach ideal for relaxation and insouciance as well as unforgettable quiet familial moments.

4-You Residence consists of four duplex apartments 4+1 (40m2), two apartments 4+1 (30m2) and two studios 2+1 (22m2). The rooms and apartments have fully equipped kitchen, TV, satellite channels, the individual decoder (total TV), air-condition, in-room safety deposit box, free WiFi internet, room service every day and veranda overlooking the sea and Mount Athos.

Moreover, they have private parking inside the plot of five acres, barbecue, individual umbrella with two sunbeds on the beach.

Our apartments can comfortably entertain families with small or big children, pairs or companies of friends.

4-You Residence is at 4km from Metagitsi village and 6km away from Pyrgadikia, a fishing village where guests can try traditional dishes and fresh fish. A bus stop is at 150m and a beach bar-restaurant is about 1,5km away.
