We were exceptionally pleasantly surprised by every aspect of this accommodation. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, the center, and the largest and most affordable supermarket in Sarti. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming. The accommodation is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We encountered no issues whatsoever. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

The villa is situated in a prime location, the hosts are exceptionally kind, and everything is impeccably clean. I experienced a minor issue with my car, but the owner of the villa was very helpful and promptly brought tools to resolve the problem. For anything you need, the owners are always there to assist you.

Excellent accommodation at a reasonable price.

A very nice accommodation in an excellent location, providing everything needed for a perfect holiday. What is particularly important to me is that it had a yard, which most accommodations lack.

I extend my highest praises for this accommodation. The hosts are exceptionally kind and courteous, always ready to assist with anything. The lodging is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and there are no mosquitoes here. The terrace is lovely, offering a view of the sea; it is sunny only in the early morning hours, while throughout the day, one can enjoy the shade. In front of the accommodation, there is parking, which is very important. The courtyard features various attractions for children, and there is also a barbecue. I am truly delighted with this year's vacation. Thank you to Nikana, who is wonderful; we will not be changing you...

Although these apartments are only slightly lacking to be considered excellent, the rating would be 6 out of 10. Here’s why. If we overlook the eastern orientation of the entire place Sarti, where the sun sets behind your back, which may be a plus for some, the main drawbacks of "Theodorule" may seem trivial, yet they significantly mar the overall impression. Namely, while other issues may be more critical, the bathroom, which is perpetually "wet" due to the absence of shower cabins or curtains, greatly diminishes the experience. This, of course, means that when you shower, if you are taller than 30 cm, i.e., not a dwarf, you will have to mop up all the water from the toilet and the floor. Naturally, there are those who do not mind having to grab a cloth and a mop and stand in wet and dirty conditions after showering. This is undoubtedly one of the biggest downsides of apartments in Greece, not just this one, but a vast number of others. The owners probably think that tourists should bring their own shower curtains and rods to hang them on. The apartment itself appears clean, primarily because it is new. You will find plastic flowers that are presumably meant to cheer you up, along with a request not to take them home after your vacation. The wardrobe in the room is adequately spacious, but it lacks at least one more chair for storing belongings. One of the greatest advantages is undoubtedly the medium-sized refrigerator, sufficient for at least five days of grocery use, and of course, it has a freezer compartment with two shelves. The studio faces east, and if you do not wish to wake up at 5:30 AM, you will need to lower the blinds, and the air conditioning included in the price will run all night, unless you can comfortably sleep at 28 degrees. Another significant drawback of this apartment is the lack of an awning to protect you from the morning sun, allowing you to enjoy your coffee on the terrace. The owners are kind and accommodating, but you will receive bed linens and towels only after 5 days. The apartments are not cleaned during your stay, meaning you will need to clean them yourself, which can be a "blow" to comfort if you are used to having them cleaned. The courtyard offers you the opportunity to grill, meaning if you buy fish at the local fish market, you can grill it in the yard. The location of the "villa" is truly excellent. There is no noise, and it has a somewhat "constricted" view of the sea. The beach right in front of the house is decent, and if you walk a bit to the right, you can find sunbeds for the entire day at the price of a coffee.

Wonderful owners, a lovely yard with activities for children, close to the beach. In the pictures, it appeared to be a larger accommodation than it actually was; I would only reduce the price for the studio because of that. We had a wonderful time....

A quality accommodation in a beautiful location. All terraces overlook the sea, the house is slightly isolated from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently situated where everything is accessible. The cleanliness and courtesy of the owners deserve a rating of 5+. The yard is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained, suitable for children. This accommodation comes highly recommended.
