Located in a quiet place, between old and new part of Sarti, this house could be the right choice for families with children due to its spacious yard and to the vicinity of all the contents that this town has to offer.
The beach is located at about 50m, while numerous supermarkets, restaurants and taverns are nearby.
Theodoroula House offers six triple studios (24m2). They all have one double and a single bed. Furthermore, an auxiliary bed can be added in three studios. The studios located on the second floor have their own balcony, only one studio on the first floor shares the balcony with the owner. Still, in front of this studio, there's a table with chairs only for its guests.
All studios have air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, bathroom and kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment, hotplates and the necessary dishes. If you need a hairdryer, you can get it from the owner. Bed linen and towels are replaced every 3-4 days.
In the yard there are toys for children, so this accommodation is ideal for families with small children. Private parking is provided in front of the yard and the owner is always ready to meet his guests needs.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn off the main road Sarti – Sykia towards a large supermarket, pass by the parking lot and turn to the first street to the right. You will see this house after 70m on the right side.
Theodoroula House is an ideal choice for families with children, but also for those who are looking for the accommodation near the beach and all the content in Sarti.

Owners description
Theodoroula House is a newly-built (2010) facility close to the center of Sarti, at 50m from the beach. It consists of the triple studios, all with fully equipped kitchen, WC, TV, A/C and a sea view balcony. It's surrounded by a garden with a playground for children, while the private car park is in front of the house. All studios have free wireless internet access (WiFi). In the village center, you can find cafés, bars, supermarket, stores and various services. The famous Portokali beach is at 5km, while the Bar Goa is 3km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Bili smo jako prijatno iznenadjeni sa svime u vezi ovog smestaja. Lokacija je odlicna, jako blizu plaze, centra i najveceg i najpovoljnijeg supermarketa u Sartiju. Domacini su super ljubazni i prijatni. Smestaj je cist i opremljen sa svim neophodnim stvarima. Nismo imali nikakvih problema. SVe preopruke za ovaj smestaj!
