Our description
Elena's Apartments is an accommodation in the new part of Sarti, at just 70m from the beach. Modernly furnished, with top-level hygiene, this accommodation is ideal for those who prefer comfort, cleanliness and good location.
The nearest beach is the city (sandy) beach, the supermarket is only a minute away, and the city center is about 450m away.
In the offer are two types of quadruple apartments (two of each type) on the high ground floor and a triple deluxe studio and a quintuple duplex apartment on the first floor.
Two quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed with a single drawer bed in a room in the room with the kitchen. These two single beds can be joined together, if you want. Two family quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. Each one has a street view.
The deluxe studio is equipped with one double and single bed and it has a partial sea view. The duplex apartment consists of two bedrooms and a kitchen with dining room. The first bedroom has one double and a sofa bed, while the second one has two single beds. This apartment has a partial sea view.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have two terraces, TV, internet, mosquito nets, bathroom with hairdryer and an equipped kitchen (only a deluxe apartment has the oven). Towels and sheets are replaced after four days.
The yard is very small and it offers a table with chairs. There's no private parking, but the parking space is available in front and in the vicinity of the accommodation.
After entering Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou, you will see a turn to the football field across the Doxa villa (on the right). Turn into that street, then to the left and 200m later you will see the accommodation on the left.

The complex is a new tourism business since 2012 and based in hospitality and experience Theodora Hotel Sarti which constitutes the basis of the business.
Elena's Apartments is located on the first parallel street from the beach in Sarti, 135km from Thessaloniki airport, at the end of the second leg of Halkidiki, Sithonia.
We offer the visitor eight apartments with contemporary furnishings for every comfort and fully equipped. Elenas Apartments is the ideal spot for your stay. The apartments are suitable to accommodate 4-5 people. The complex is located 150m from the center of Sarti. We are open from April 1 until October 30.
Classic and deluxe family apartments are ideal for family hospitality. They can accept up to four people, two adult couples or a family with two children. Elenas Apartments situated just 50m from the beach and is the ideal spot for your stay. It provides rooms with a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, modern furnishings, refrigerator, terrace, air conditioning, internet and satellite TV.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of towels and linen, is performed after three days.
Within walking distance (250m), in the main hotel company Theodora, operates the Theodora Beach Bar, where you can enjoy refreshments, coffee, overlooking the breathtaking views of the bay. In addition, a number of sun loungers and umbrellas await you to relax in the enchanting beach of Sarti.
Sarti offers the visitor all kinds of fun and entertainment, such as water sports, trekking in the mountains, sea games, traditional taverns.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Bili smo u delux studiju, sve je lepse nego na slikama, vodili su racuna o svakom detalju, higijena perfektna, posteljina zamenjena 4. dana. Od momenta prijave da klima ne radi vlasniku je trebalo 5 minuta bukvalno da dodje i otkloni sitnu anomaliju.

Da li imate slobodan termin za dvoje odraslih i dete od 3 godine . Odgovarao bi nam dvokrevetni jer ona svakako spava sa nama u krevetu .
