Hotel Description

Fotini House is a brand new accommodation, quality and modernly decorated. Being at a short walk away from the beach and the center, the house is on a good location, because it’s in the old part of Sarti and close to all the facilities, yet a bit outside the center and the noise.

From the sandy, city beach it is only 250m far. The city center, full of souvenir shops, markets, bakeries, taverns and caffees, is only 100m far.

The house consists of two identical buildings. In the both of them there are double and triple studios, located on the ground floor, first and second floor. On each floor there are two double and four triple studios.

Double studios have a double bed, while triple ones have a double and a single bed. All studios have air condition, TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The kitchen is standardly equipped for meals preparation and besides the basic equipment, there are also a toaster, electric kettle, etc. In the bathroom there is a shower with curtain. The terraces are spacious, with awnings and sitting sets. Bed linen and towels are replaced every five days when studios are being cleaned.

The house has a very small courtyard with sitting set. There is no private parking, but the guests can park in front of the house.

In order to reach Fotini house, you should turn to the second street left after entering Sarti, from the direction of Vourvourou. Continue straight and after around 200m you will see the house on your right.

If you want a quality accommodation in Sarti, Fotini House should be among the first choices. It is one of the accommodations which is sold firstly and which we always recommend.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
