Hotel Description

Rena’s House is located in the new part of Sarti, a part of the town suitable for families with children, due to sandy beach and long shallows. It is one of the most affordable accommodations in Sarti, with good price and quality ratio.

It is 80m away from the beach and 100m from the nearest supermarket and the center of the town.

It has six triple studios, three are located on the high ground floor and three are on the first floor. All studios have one double bed and one single bed, with the possibility of adding another extra bed with an extra charge, which significantly reduces space. The kitchens are fully equipped, four studios only have hotplates, while two studios also have small oven, there is also small refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as kettle. In the bathrooms there is a shower tray and they are completely renovated and separated from the studio by folding doors. The terraces have view of the neighboring building, and on all terraces there are dining tables and dryers for laundry. All studios are air conditioned, they have TV and wireless internet, and bed linen and towels are changed every four days.

The building is located in a very small yard, besides which a private parking is provided, with enough space for all visitors, and there is also an outdoor shower in the yard.

To get to this accommodation, after entering Sarti, you need to turn left in the sixth street (turning to a closed, large supermarket) and then to the right to a large public parking lot. From the parking lot you will continue to the south and turn to the second street to the right, and in the half of that street you will see this house on the left.

Due to the small number of accommodation units and a quiet location, Rena’s House is a great choice for families with children, and the advantage of the house is the vicinity of all the content that Sarti offers.

The accommodation was clean and equipped with everything you might need. Rena is very kind and always available. Excellent location, close to the center and the beach. There is private parking.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
