There was a mix-up regarding the accommodation; we were informed that check-in was possible at 3 PM, while the landlord stated she could prepare the studio by 7 PM. She reduced our price for half a day. There is no partition between the neighbors. The bathroom is spacious and large. The location is decent. We had a foldable crib for the baby. If the Wi-Fi had worked properly, we would have been satisfied.

We were guests at Rena's House studio apartments from July 19th to 27th, 2023. The studio is designed for three people, but they added a fourth folding bed for us since we have two children. However, we did not use it, as our two little girls could comfortably sleep on a single bed. If we had needed to unfold it, it would have posed a space issue, as the studio is quite small, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with two older children. The kitchen is separate from the room, which is a GREAT advantage. There is little cooking ware, plates, cups, and glasses, just one for each person, as is common in most accommodations. THERE IS NO LARGE KNIFE, in fact, none at all, except for the butter knife. I finally wised up and brought my own from home. The bathroom is renovated and decent. The studio has a hairdryer, which I was delighted to find, as I had forgotten to bring mine. There is one wardrobe with two small drawers underneath, which provides limited space, but I managed to unpack us somehow, as we do not carry too much clothing! The accommodation is excellently located for those who enjoy being close to the center for walking, yet still in a quiet area for relaxation. It is very close to the beach. The owner is very kind and accommodating. We had a problem with the air conditioning that they resolved very quickly while we were at the beach, so we didn't even notice it. The accommodation is clean and has its own parking, which is a GREAT advantage, especially in Sarti. The WiFi is excellent, possibly the best of all the accommodations we've stayed in so far, and this was our fourth time in Sarti. The studio has a terrace of decent size that can seat four, but it offers absolutely no privacy. This might be the biggest downside of the accommodation. It is separated from the neighboring studio by a one-meter-high wall, and across the way is another apartment building with terraces facing ours. For someone who spends all day at the beach and comes back to the accommodation to shower and sleep, we are more than satisfied! If they had studios for four, we would definitely return next year if we were coming to Sarti.

All praises, except for the space in the room which is a bit cramped. I expected a little more comfort, but that’s alright. Everything else was as it should be. Sarti is beautiful. The beach is very close to the apartment, as are bakeries, shops, and taverns; everything is literally a minute's walk. It is very clean, and the terrace is lovely.

The apartment is excellent and comfortable, everything was tidy and clean. The house is located near the center, on a side street, away from noise and hustle, making it very pleasant for sleeping. Additionally, the apartment is shaded for most of the day, so it wasn't hot, nor was there a need to turn on the air conditioning at night. The house has a large private parking area. Rena is very kind, and you can also purchase homemade olive oil as well as jams and honey from her, which is an added benefit. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

An excellent location, just a minute's walk from the beach and a few minutes from the center, with several markets nearby and a fantastic bakery. The two of us stayed in a triple apartment, which was satisfactory, but it might feel a bit cramped for three. Rena is a wonderful host, attentive and always available for any occasion.

The hosts are exceptionally kind; we even received cookies and jam. It was a bit challenging to find, as there is another Rena Sunny House, and this one is not available on the navigation. The double bed is smaller in size, not suitable for larger individuals, but this is not the case in every apartment; we just happened to get that one. The stove in some rooms malfunctions, while in others it works perfectly. In any case, due to the location and the hosts' hospitality, we will definitely return.

In mid-June, we vacationed at Rena's house and we were extremely satisfied. We stayed in room number 2, which had all the amenities we needed; the fridge even had a small freezer compartment, which was quite convenient. The bathroom was new and adequately spacious. The bedroom featured one double bed and one single bed; while it wasn't overly large, it was comfortable enough; adding an extra bed would have left no room to move. There was a wardrobe and a small table with a mirror, next to which hung a hairdryer and a nightstand. The terrace was sufficiently spacious, but as others have mentioned, there was a lack of privacy, though this did not bother us as we had decent neighbors. The location is excellent; you're at the beach in 2 minutes, in the old part of Sarti in 5 minutes, and there was no noise; the parking was ample for all guests. The hostess, Rena, was very kind and helpful, speaking enough English for communication. The linens and towels were changed after 4 days (we had 3 large and 4 small towels). The only drawbacks were that there were no mosquito nets, so without repellents, we would have been feasted upon by mosquitoes, and the springs in the mattresses were slightly noticeable, making it not ideal for sleeping, but it wasn't terrible; the beds didn't creak or anything. All in all, we would gladly return, as the price-to-quality ratio is more than good.

Situated in the heart of Sarti, the hotel is nestled in a quiet and peaceful location. The room is equipped with everything you might need: a kettle, all necessary kitchen utensils, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. The hotel hostess, Ren, is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Her mother, Rena, baked delicious pies and treated us with her culinary delights. Truly wonderful people, this hotel has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. The cost of the apartment is reasonable. I hope that one day we will return to Sarti and stay at Rena's.

After spending seven days in this villa, I would like to commend the friendly hosts and the unobtrusive Rena. The accommodation is exactly as depicted in the pictures, and the description is absolutely accurate. The beach is very close, as are the markets, bakery, restaurant specializing in fish dishes, and a small eatery serving gyros. The villa has its own parking area with enough space for all guests. The owner of the studio is friendly, unobtrusive, and polite. The studio we stayed in is not suitable for four people, as there is very little space left for movement in the room when setting up the extra bed. I kindly ask you to highlight this when renting the studio in the future. It is suitable for three people: two adults and a child up to 12 years old. The kitchen, or rather the dining area with a small dining table, is also inadequate. We used the table on the terrace, but that had its downsides as well, since the terraces are separated by a low wall, and the next property is very close, so you have no privacy at all. The kitchen is poorly equipped with mismatched plates, glasses, and cups.

We visited at the beginning of June, so there were no crowds. The owner is very kind and will always accommodate your needs. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for two. The location is excellent, close to the beach, bakery, and the old part of Sarti, which begins right here.

The relationship between price and offer is exceptional. The location is excellent, close to everything, yet sufficiently secluded so that if you desire a bit of tranquility and relaxed seating on the terrace, this accommodation is perfect for you. The awnings on the terrace are a very important detail that I took for granted until I noticed how the guests of the neighboring villa withdrew to their rooms due to the sun, as they did not have awnings. Private parking is invaluable! It is clean, the bathroom is new, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the owners are extremely kind and accommodating. A warm recommendation.

Sarti is a charming little place. The wind constantly blows, creating waves. The beach is sandy and spacious. Near the villa, there is a bakery and a supermarket. The town has plenty of taverns, pastry shops, and souvenir shops.

The villa meets all the requirements for accommodating a family with small children. The owners and staff are very courteous and always respond to requests.

The room is very small, and the beds are poor and uncomfortable, constantly creaking. We were there with a small baby, which made sleeping very difficult. In the morning, I struggled to heat water to prepare milk for the baby. The bedding was changed only once in ten days, and there were very few towels. The terraces are dreadful, lacking any intimacy. It is extremely overpriced for such accommodation. There is no sea view, and from the courtyard, you look into other people's rooms and terraces. The only positive aspect was the kindness of the landlady. We were not satisfied.

A spacious apartment (with a separate kitchen), towel and bed linen replacement every 4 days, a kind, warm, and accommodating owner, close to the sea and the center, parking available. The only drawback is the lack of privacy; the terraces are separated by a low fence, while a second building is very close across the street (you can lower the awning to shield somewhat from prying eyes). Additionally, the absence of a shower curtain is a classic issue in Greece, so every time you take a shower, you end up soaking the bathroom as well.

I can recommend a 4-star accommodation for the simple reason that it is in a great location and has parking. Everything else is average, but the biggest drawback is the terraces, which urgently need to be partitioned. The accommodation is indeed smaller, but it is sufficient for about ten days, although it appears much larger in the pictures.

During our ten-day stay, the bedding was changed once, and I cleaned the apartment myself. However, the only downside is that the apartments are not suitable for four people, and there is no room for an extra bed because the room is smaller than depicted in the pictures. All in all, it is quite suitable for three people.

We stayed at this accommodation from June 15th to 30th. Upon our arrival, we found three beds instead of the four specified in the contract. There was a misunderstanding; they thought the fourth member was a baby. However, it was no trouble, as we resolved the issue by combining the beds. They also wanted to add an auxiliary fourth bed, but there was no space for it. The studio is small, and it would have been cramped! Regarding hygiene, during our 15-day stay, the accommodation was NEVER cleaned, nor were the trash bins emptied. They changed the towels every 5 days! Everything else was generally fine!
