Exquisite accommodation near the beach; impeccable cleanliness.

The price-quality ratio is truly solid. The hosts are very pleasant. Everything is neat and spotless. We stayed on the ground floor; from the terrace you can see and hear the sea, making it a real pleasure to sit there in the morning. Being along the promenade makes reaching the center easy and quick. The only thing that bothered us was the noise. It isn’t as loud as in the center, but in the evening hours, when things quiet down, cars, quad bikes and the like are heard relatively often. Those who sleep lightly might find it disruptive.

The accommodation enjoys an excellent location relative to the town center. It is not far to walk (about 250 m), yet far enough to spare you the noise and bustle. My wife and I stayed in unit No. 6 on the second floor, and we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, furnishings, terrace, and bathroom. It is a three-bed room, but since we were only the two of us, we enjoyed a touch of extra space. Hygiene was maintained every 3-4 days. During our stay from August 9 to 23, cleaners came four times to tidy up, change the linens, towels, etc. In the kitchen area, everything was fine, but we did not cook anything besides coffee (in a rapid boil), so I am not an expert to speak about cooking on a two-burner stove. The fridge is excellent. Upon arrival, a new sponge and dishwashing liquid stood by the sink. The sleeping area is also OK. The beds have good mattresses, they are not wobbly and look quite decent. The air conditioner is above the bed but very quiet and can run at night without any problems while you sleep. The terrace doors are well insulated from external noise, so only the rumble of engines and cars can be heard. There is also a sliding mosquito screen on the door. The terrace, in my opinion, is the most significant feature of this accommodation and it is more than excellent: large enough, with a superb view of the sea and Athos. It has a canopy to shield from forenoon direct sun. On the right side there are two Lexan sliding panels you can move to get a view to the street side and let in more air. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and service. Katerina (one of the owners) we saw several times and she was always smiling and cheerful. As a welcome gesture we received a bottle of rosé wine, which is a very nice gesture from the hosts. The only drawback of this whole story is the lack of parking in August.

A location near the beach, the staff is decent, the room is satisfactory, and the area is close to taverns and everything you might need.

The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful, meticulously arranged, and clean. All compliments go to the older and younger owner, both of whom are very gracious ladies.

The accommodation was excellent. The room had a beautiful terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and clean towels. The landlady was extremely kind. The room was cleaned on the fourth day, which was perfectly sufficient. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was also clean. Definitely a 10/10.

I have been vacationing in this house for four years, and I have used all the rooms with a sea view. This year, I am going again to a room with a sea view. Everything is perfect and highly recommended. Once you visit Sarti, especially staying in accommodation like Katerina 2, you won't want to change anything. 😊

We stayed in room number 6 on the second floor with a view of the sea. The spacious terrace with its perfect view of the sea was the primary reason we chose this accommodation. The room is triple, featuring comfortable beds, a wardrobe, several small tables, and ample space. The kitchenette is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, and the bathroom includes a shower cabin, along with 3 small and 3 large towels, a special towel for feet, and a kitchen towel, as well as 3 soaps and 3 shampoos, a packaged kitchen sponge, and detergent. On the fourth day, the maids announced that they would change the linens and towels, and to our surprise, they also vacuumed and scrubbed the entire room, terrace, and bathroom. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is particularly important if you use it while sleeping. There are screens, curtains, and drapes. The bedspreads are also significant as they keep the linens clean throughout the day. We received a welcome wine and a small gift when we left for home. Overall, we have no complaints, only words of praise for this accommodation. Although there is no private parking, there is public parking in front of the villa along the coast, and there is always a spot available.

Even with the rising prices due to inflation, this accommodation does not justify its cost. Probably the only thing that has changed in our accommodation unit since the nineties is the television. Even the light bulbs are still the old filament type. We won't even mention the solution.

Overall, the accommodation is not of high quality, and the beds are uncomfortable. They change the linens and towels, but without consulting the guests, which is somewhat inappropriate to enter someone's apartment without prior notice. Additionally, during the stay, there was no communication with the guests; they did not inquire if anything was needed, and so forth.

An exceptional location due to its proximity to the beach and other amenities. The apartment we stayed in was located on the second floor, featuring a side terrace on the northern side, which offered significant advantages as we spent most of the day in the shade. Impeccably clean and tidy, the changing of linens, towels, and cleaning of the apartment occurred twice during our ten-night stay. The only minor inconvenience was the noise from delivery trucks and municipal vehicles, but one quickly gets used to it. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

The accommodation is excellent. It is located in the front row of villas by the beach, offering a beautiful view of the sea and Mount Athos. A bakery and a shop are just across the street. The interior of the apartment is tidy and clean. The friendly landlady, Teodora, is always at your service. We plan to return next year if we book the accommodation in time.

Extremely satisfied with the accommodation

The three-person apartment at Katerina 2 House belongs to the category of standard apartments of this type in Halkidiki. Its greatest advantage is the location itself, offering a magical view of the open sea and Mount Athos. Morning delights on the spacious and beautifully furnished terrace, with the sun rising above this enchanting mountain, represent the most beautiful moments of Sithonia and Sarti. The apartment is somewhat cramped and not sufficiently comfortable for a family of three, but it is very decent and tidy. The lack of dishes and cooking equipment is something that is already common in apartment accommodations, so the family must be prepared for that. The biggest drawback is the change of bed linens and towels every four days, considering we stayed in the apartment for five days; the change occurred on the penultimate day, which is somewhat impractical and inconvenient. In any case, the price of the apartment during the peak season is not negligible, so the client would expect a bit more effort regarding the arrangement and equipment of the apartment, the replacement of towels and linens, and perhaps additional amenities: a mosquito net on the terrace. Nevertheless, it is not bad. As for Nikana and her colleagues, they deserve every praise: efficient, quick, precise, accurate, and above all, dedicated to their clients. I am confident that we will be in touch again next summer.

We vacationed from June 26 to July 13, 2018, with two small children, and we are simply delighted. The location is perfect, just 10 meters from the beach and 30 meters from the sea. The service is outstanding; every four days, we had all our towels replaced. At the start, we received four large towels and three small ones for hands and face. The bedding is changed regularly, and the entire space is thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. The air conditioning is included in the price, and the internet is excellent; it doesn't lag, it doesn't freeze, and it is truly fast.

I am extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The owners are very kind, the bed linens and towels are changed every three days, the studio is spacious, and there is a large terrace with a magnificent view of the sea.

We have moved to Sarti, staying at Katerina House. Everyone is very kind, the accommodation and the beach are excellent. All praises!
