If you're looking for accommodation in Sarti, in the first row to the beach, Katerina 2 House can be a great choice for you. The nicely decorated interior of the accommodation units will make you feel at home, and the friendly owner will make your holiday even more pleasant.
The house is at about 100m from the center of Sarti and the children's playground. It is a big house divided in two parts, Katerina Mediterranean House and Katerina 2 House.
Katerina 2 House has eight studios. Two studios are on the ground floor and remaining six are on the second floor. A double studio has one double bed, five triple studios have one double and one single bed, while quadruple studios have one double and two bunk beds. The kitchens are equipped with hotplates, small fridge with freezer compartment and necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. All studios have a terrace, TV, internet, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are replaced once in 7-10 days.
There is no private parking, but there is free public parking nearby.
If you travel along the main road from the north, turn left at the eighth exit after entering Sarti. Continue straight ahead until the third turn left and after 350m you'll see the house on your left-hand side.
For those who'd like to be in the first row to the sea and near the center, Katerina 2 House is an excellent choice.

Owners description
The rooms Katerina House is a complex of seven comfortably furnished rooms situated just beside the sea. The view from the rooms Katerina House is the unique sandy beach of Sarti with Mount Athos continuously in the visitor's field of vision. The fully equipped rooms located on the second floor and ground floor provide all the comforts to the visitors of Sarti. The operating period is the whole year.
Simple decor, Cycladic style, cleanliness and hospitality! The complex located on the beach is an ideal place to stay. It offers rooms with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with sea view, air conditioning and TV. The views from every section of the beach are the peninsula of Mount Athos, with its imposing term Athos in the top 2085m. Sarti offers visitors of all kinds of fun and entertainment, such as water sports, walks in the mountains, sea games, traditional taverns. The complex is the center of Sarti 150m, where visitors can find everything without exaggeration, from the supermarket to the pharmacy and clinic and cafeteria until the Church of the Assumption.
All rooms have a coffee machine Dolce Gusto, with several types of coffee for free. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are performed every fourth day. In front of the accommodation, there's free public parking along the entire promenade.

Sarti is located at the end of the second foot of Halkidiki, in Sithonia and it's the tourists' paradise of the municipality of Toroni. It's an offshore village with a population of 1000 people. The population though increases rapidly during the summer since the region attracts thousands of visitors, both Greeks as well as foreigners. 3km of beach surrounds a small fishermen village transformed into a big city during the summer since thousands of visitors (both foreigners and locals) storm the village in order to enjoy the vast blue of the sea and the deep green of the mountains.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
