If you are seeking accommodation in Sarti, in the first row next to the beach, Katerina 2 House may be an excellent choice for you. The beautifully decorated interior of the accommodation units will make you feel at home, and the kind owner will make your vacation even more pleasant.

The house is about 100m away from the center of Sarti and the children’s playground. It is a large house divided into two parts, Katerina Mediterranean House and Katerina 2 House.

Katerina 2 House has eight studios located on the ground floor or the second floor. There is one double, six triple, and one quadruple studio in total.

Two studios are on the ground floor (one triple and one quadruple studio), while six studios are on the second floor (five triple and one double).

The double studio (2 Bed Studio, Superior) features one double bed. It is located on the second floor with a side sea view. It can accommodate up to 2 persons, maximum of 2 adults.

Two triple studios (3 Bed Studio, Standard) have one double bed and one single bed. They are located on the ground floor or the second floor. The studio on the second floor has a partial sea view. They can accommodate up to 3 persons, maximum of 2 adults.

Four triple studios (3 Bed Studio, Superior) have one double bed and one single bed. They are located on the second floor and offer a direct sea view. They can accommodate up to 3 persons, maximum of 2 adults.

The quadruple studio (4 Bed Studio, Standard) features one double bed and two bunk beds. It is located on the ground floor with no sea view. It can accommodate up to 4 persons, maximum of 2 adults.

The kitchens are equipped with an electric stove, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, and necessary utensils. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin. All studios have a terrace or veranda depending on the floor, TV, internet, air conditioning, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed every seven or ten days.

There is no private parking, but free public parking is available nearby.

If you are traveling on the main road from the north, turn left at the eighth exit from entering Sarti. Continue straight to the third left turn, and after 350m, you will see the house on your left.

For those who wish to be in the first row by the sea and close to the center, Katerina 2 House is an excellent choice.

A location near the beach, the staff is decent, the room is satisfactory, and the area is close to taverns and everything you might need.

The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful, meticulously arranged, and clean. All compliments go to the older and younger owner, both of whom are very gracious ladies.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
