Our description
Kosmas Hotel is an accommodation in new part of Sarti, only 70m from the city beach. Its advantages are good position and modest interior, so it can be a great choice for non-demanding guests.
The closest beach is a city one (sandy beach), market, caffes and taverns are only one minute away, while the center of the place is 450m far.
Hotel consists of 12 triple and 6 quadruple studios. Six triple studios have three single beds and other six have a double and a single bed. In quadruple studios are two single beds and bunk beds.
Kitchen is equipped with hotplates, small fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and necessary dishes. On the balcony there are umbrella and sitting sets. In the bathroom is a shower tray without curtain. Studios have air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets.
Hotel doesn't have a courtyard or a private parking, but guests can park in the streets around it.
After entering Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou, you will see the street that leads to the footbal field, right across Doxa Villa (on the right). Turn in that street and in the first street on the left and after 200m you will see the accommodation on the right.
This accommodation can be a good choice for the families and couples to whom is important to stay close to the beach, and kind owners will make your vacation even more pleasant.

In the picturesque region of Sarti in Halkidiki, one can find the hotel Kosmas. The hotel consists of rooms and studios so that the visitor can choose what he really wants.
The accommodation hotel Kosmas is located in a very central place of the region. The beach is 30 meters away, so guests can enjoy their summer swim without having to travel long distances.
A stone's throw away are the shops, too. The area has a supermarket, restaurants, taverns, cafes and bars for night outings. As a result, the visitor has the ''luxury'' to spend a relaxing holiday but also nights of intense activity.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
