Kosmas Hotel is an accommodation in new part of Sarti, only 70m from the city beach. Its advantages are good position and modest interior, so it can be a great choice for non-demanding guests.
The closest beach is a city one (sandy beach), market, caffes and taverns are only one minute away, while the center of the place is 450m far.
Hotel consists a 3 double, 16 triple and 8 quadruple studios. Double studios have two single beds. Triple studios have three single beds or one double and one single bed. Quadruple studios have two single beds and bunk beds.
Kitchen is equipped with hotplates, small fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and necessary dishes. On the balcony there are umbrella and sitting sets. In the bathroom is a shower tray without curtain. Studios have air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets.
Hotel doesn’t have a courtyard or a private parking, but guests can park in the streets around it.
After entering Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou, you will see the street that leads to the footbal field, right across Doxa Villa (on the right). Turn in that street and in the first street on the left and after 200m you will see the accommodation on the right.
This accommodation can be a good choice for the families and couples to whom is important to stay close to the beach, and kind owners will make your vacation even more pleasant.

I was very unpleasantly surprised when it turned out that the ground floor was actually a semi-basement and that the balcony overlooked the "atrium", in fact a large skylight. So even during the day I had to turn on the light. All this for 1025 euros for 9 days for a room in which the entire space is taken up by a double bed. Admittedly, after 5 days they moved us to the 1st floor; the room also overlooks the skylight but has more light. During the day I did not have to turn on the lights.

It is important that we are close to the beach and that you sleep in a clean place, that it is clean when you move in, but the towels and bedding are not changed. It is left only to you to take care of cleaning the space and to sleep in a clean place. Great location, there is a balcony, a toilet, a small kitchen with the necessary dishes, and a microwave oven.
