The studio is spacious and clean, the bathroom is slightly smaller but highly functional. The owners are very kind.

The stay in the accommodation was exceptionally pleasant. The hosts were warm and accommodating. The units were clean, and the beds comfortable. They had everything necessary at their disposal. It is located in a quiet part of the city, away from noise. 😊

Everything was exceptional. The owners were extremely kind. Upon our arrival, we found cold water, fruit, and chocolates in the refrigerator. The accommodation comes highly recommended.

A phenomenal accommodation, especially for the price. The terrace is much nicer than it appears in the pictures; although it lacks a particular view, it offers shade, is tranquil, and very pleasant.

An excellent choice, we received an apartment on the ground floor (no. 1) with a view of the parking lot and a beautifully landscaped park. It features a large refrigerator with a freezer, so everything can fit. There is a small stove with two burners in the kitchen, and there is also a quick kettle for water. The bathroom lacks a curtain, so it is wise to bring a large cloth from home to stand on after showering and wipe the floor, then hang it on the drying lines on the terrace. The windows and terrace doors are equipped with mosquito nets, which are present in the evenings. The TV only picks up Greek channels, so it’s good to bring a USB with movies and series if someone enjoys that, although we went to the city every evening, and when we returned, it was straight to bed. The WiFi is excellent, which can otherwise be a problem in Greece. The terrace is spacious, with a designated area for a barbecue in the park, with stone slabs intended for that, but we found out about it too late. The beach is behind the complex, less than 100m from the apartment. In front of the building entrance, there is a hose, so you can wash the sand off your feet. The hostess is kind; her daughter received a necklace as a gift, and a few times we were treated to dinner, for which we reciprocated with a bottle of wine. The hostess does not speak English, so her daughter is the one with whom you coordinate everything.

An excellent studio equipped with all the necessary amenities, located in the most beautiful part of the beach. Highly recommended are Tsaliki Studios and the Nikana agency.

Decent accommodation in Sarti. A good price-quality ratio. The accommodation is located in New Sarti and is perfect for a vacation. The beach is very close, just a short walk across the promenade (30 meters). There is parking in front of the accommodation, which always has available spaces.

We express our gratitude to Nikana.gr for their assistance in finding accommodation. The owner of Tsaliki Studios is exceptionally kind, and the lodging is situated in an excellent location (just a minute to the beach). There is a parking space available, and the studio is comfortable, equipped with all the essentials (kitchen, balcony, air conditioning, TV). The only drawback is that the bathroom is somewhat cramped, but it is manageable.

Accommodation in the new part of Sarti, just two minutes from the beach, in an area where there is no crowd. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

I have used the services of nikana.gr multiple times and I am extremely satisfied. I have also vacationed several times in this "new" part of Sarti, and for me, it is the most beautiful place for a holiday. Tsaliki Studios is the most affordable accommodation you can find in that area, yet the quality of the accommodation itself is quite satisfactory. We spend the least amount of time in the room, so that is not a decisive factor for us, but the rooms in Tsaliki are exceptionally clean, spacious, and pleasant to stay in. The beds are large and comfortable, and we also used the "extra bed" on which I slept, being 190 cm tall and weighing 110 kg, and it was very comfortable. The hygiene in the establishment is at a high level, and every day we received various gifts from the hostess, which I have not had the opportunity to experience in other places. Little things, but they mean a lot. In the bathroom, we had our own boiler, so there was no possibility for anyone to use up all the hot water if we returned from the beach later. In front, there is a large parking area with enough space, even during the season. Across the street is a lawn with benches and the shade of palm and plane trees, and there is a store nearby with reasonable prices and two beautiful taverns that are cheaper than those in the center. An excellent balance of price and quality. Last September, we stayed at Studio Tsaiki and were thoroughly satisfied. Katerina, the landlady, is a very kind woman, accommodating and courteous. All the locals in Sarti are warm-hearted and hospitable. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time. The accommodation was excellent, and the hosts were delightful. It is very advantageous that Tsaliki Studios is located just a few meters from the sea, which is ideal for us parents. Thank you very much, Nikani. Next year, we will come back to you again.

Apartment number 3. Clean, simply furnished, a small bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with the most basic utensils, a good stove, and a newer refrigerator. The beds are comfortable. The downside is the view; when you step onto the terrace, you are faced with a wall that is just a meter away. Apartment 3 is good because it is at the end, offering a view of the neighboring lot, which is unkempt, and the sky. The other apartments are closed off on all sides. However, the advantage of this is that you have complete privacy (no views from neighboring terraces). The location is quiet and perfect for a true getaway. The landlady, Katarina, is very kind, and the bedding and towels are changed every 5 days. Air conditioning is included in the price. All in all, we are satisfied. Parking is provided. The first picture shows that house, but I believe the apartments at the front of the house are not Tsaliki, but from other landlords.

The accommodation offers an exceptionally good price, a great location, parking, Wi-Fi, a TV, and even air conditioning, which was not charged extra as in some other studios. The owner is highly professional and courteous regarding everything, and she is also a very communicative person. P.S. The only downside was that I couldn't peacefully enjoy a beer on the terrace in the evening due to mosquitoes, but jokes aside, one cannot fight against nature. All in all, I will surely return to this villa if I ever wish to visit Sarti again. And all praise goes to "nikana.gr" for their very professional staff; we will certainly collaborate in the future.

Kudos to everything! It is much better than in the pictures. Comfortable, relaxed, peaceful, and everything is just a few steps away. The beach is large and sandy, and the center is nearby.
