Tsaliki Studios is an accommodation at only 120m from the long, sandy beach in new Sarti. It’s ideal for all those who are looking for affordable accommodation near the beach, with parking, on a quiet location.

The accommodation is located in the new part of Sarti, in the second row from the sea, at 140m from the beach bars and the nearest supermarket and about 1,3km from the center of Sarti.

Tsaliki Studios offers one apartment and three studios located on the first floor.

Double studio has a double bed, a triple studios have a double bed and a folding armchair or double bed and single bed, while the apartment has two single beds in the bedroom and one double bed in the room with kitchen. Apartment overlooks the small park and parking, while the terraces of the studios are facing the wall of the neighboring house.

All accommodation units have kitchen with small refrigerator (with freezer compartment), hotplates and all necessary utensils, air conditioning, TV set and mosquito nets on all windows. The apartments have smaller bathrooms with an edged showering area, while the studios have a larger bathroom only with tiles and shower. Bed linen and towels are replaced after four days.

After entering Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou and 650m after passing the gas station Aegean, turn to the first street on the left. Continue ahead, then turn to the second street right and after a few meters, you’ll see the accommodation on the left.

Tsaliki Studios can be a good choice for those who are looking for an affordable accommodation close to the fantastic beach.

The accommodation features very poor beds, noise can be heard from all the units, and the kitchen is poorly equipped.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
