Tsaliki Studios is an accommodation at only 120m from the long, sandy beach in new Sarti. It’s ideal for all those who are looking for affordable accommodation near the beach on a quiet location.

The accommodation is located in the new part of Sarti, in the second row from the sea, at 140m from the beach bars and the nearest supermarket and about 1,3km from the center of Sarti.

Tsaliki Studios offers one apartment and three studios located on the first floor.

The double studio can accommodate a maximum of two adults and features a double bed. One of the triple studios is suitable for up to two adults and one child and includes a double bed and a sofa chair bed, while the other can accommodate up to three adults and features a double bed and one single bed.

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of two adults and two children. It includes two single beds in the bedroom and a double bed in the room with the kitchen. The apartment overlooks a small park and the parking area, while the terraces of the studios face the wall of the neighboring house.

All accommodation units have kitchen with small refrigerator (with freezer compartment), hotplates and all necessary utensils, air conditioning, TV set and mosquito nets on all windows. The apartments have smaller bathrooms with an edged showering area, while the studios have a larger bathroom only with tiles and shower. Bed linen and towels are replaced after four days.

After entering Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou and 650m after passing the gas station Aegean, turn to the first street on the left. Continue ahead, then turn to the second street right and after a few meters, you’ll see the accommodation on the left.

Tsaliki Studios can be a good choice for those who are looking for an affordable accommodation close to the fantastic beach.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
