The accommodation is just as depicted in the photos; the room is well organized, and the furniture is of high quality. There are a few minor complaints, such as the ceiling which has some spots that are peeling, the absence of a curtain in the bathroom, a lack of a dish drainer, and the kitchen being somewhat sparsely equipped with only one large pot and a big frying pan. The studio is a three-bed unit, registered for the stay of two adults and a 2-year-old child, but there were only two cups and two glasses available. The building is older, as evidenced by the hallways, but the studio is nicely arranged and everything is quite clean. The bedding was changed on the third day, and after that, no one came in to clean the room or change the linens. The location is excellent as it is in the strict center and the first row to the beach, but parking is a bit of a challenge. Overall, we are satisfied with the price-quality ratio and would recommend this accommodation to anyone not seeking new luxury lodging.

Hello, I must assign this accommodation a significant negative rating and a disastrous review, primarily due to the unwelcoming hosts, and subsequently, the bar. I would unequivocally advise against this accommodation for anyone, as they show no respect for their guests. Moreover, there is no parking available for your vehicle; you are required to leave your car nearly a kilometer away from the accommodation. This is particularly problematic if you are traveling with children, as we were. The beach and bars are acceptable, but there were enough waves that did not bother us, almost every day, which forced us to take the car and seek another beach. Upon our return, of course, a bit later from the beach in front of us, the entrance to the accommodation was perpetually crowded with people. There is no place to stop your car for even two minutes to drop off belongings, so you are left to carry them a kilometer from the parking lot. All in all, I would absolutely not recommend this accommodation to anyone with a family, and our room was cleaned only once, with the staff showing little willingness to clean it again. A shame.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, just 30 meters from the beach, right on the promenade. Nearby, there is a bakery, and within a two-minute walk, you can find two large supermarkets. Parking can be a bit problematic, but it is possible to find a spot on the street that is free of charge. The owner is kind, highly professional, and always available. For instance, when we forgot to bring a hairdryer, she immediately went out and bought a new one for us to have in the room. The rooms are tidy, and while there is basic kitchenware, there is no hairdryer or iron. The internet is excellent, which I believe is important for many. Overall, we are extremely satisfied, and if we return to Sarti, we will definitely look for this accommodation.

The terrace facing the street is shared, yet it is truly spacious, and we found it to be no inconvenience. There is also a smaller terrace, designated for each apartment individually. Everything is as depicted in the photographs, clean and tidy. Regarding parking, we generally had a spot reserved for us by the hosts right in front of the accommodation. A couple of times, we parked in front of a large supermarket, which is also nearby, just a 5-minute leisurely walk away. The hosts are friendly, helpful, and available for any information. The location of the accommodation is fantastic. Although there is no private parking, we did not encounter any issues with parking, as the owner immediately found a spot right next to the villa for us. The owners run a pizzeria, and the pizza is excellent. Everything is nearby, and although the terrace overlooks a pedestrian street, it is quiet.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location right by the sea. The owners are very friendly. The cleanliness is impeccable. The studio is quite small, making it uncomfortable, and it gets extremely warm inside; without air conditioning (which we were fortunate to have), it would have been very unpleasant. The dining table is on the terrace, which is not separated by any partition from the neighboring one, so there is no privacy on the terrace. A few times, the cleaning staff left the room door unlocked after cleaning, but fortunately, nothing went missing. The bathroom is rather small and lacks a shower curtain, so it remains wet throughout the day after showering. Additionally, a generator is turned on a few times during the day, creating a lot of noise throughout the accommodation (the pizzeria is on the ground floor), but luckily, this noise lasts only an hour before stopping (this has happened late at night as well). As soon as we arrived, the landlady welcomed us and secured a parking spot, which is a significant advantage.

In short, everything was excellent. We are very satisfied.

However, one thing tarnishes this beauty: an unpleasant odor in the room coming from the bathroom, which lacks a window. Consequently, the stench from the sewage constantly lingers in the room. If it weren't for this, it would be a 5-star experience.

A phenomenal accommodation just a few steps from the beach. On the ground floor, there is a pizzeria. The terraces offer a view of the sea or the street (ours was shared with another family and overlooked the street). In the heart of the old part of Sarti... it is always lively and noisy. The owners are exceptional, with an entrance from the street, so we hardly ever saw them. A truly wonderful experience related to this accommodation.

The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful, tidy, and clean. Regarding the accommodation itself, I believe the apartment is not spacious enough for four people; in my case, it was two adults and two children. However, this was not a problem since we had a large terrace where the children could play. Towels and bed linens were changed every four or five days, though I am not entirely sure. The owners are very kind. Anyone who stays at Waves House will surely not regret it. It is also important to note that everything is exceptionally close, and the proximity to the beach was very important to me since I have small children. Bakeries, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby. The accommodation does not have its own parking, but there is public parking close by. We did not have any issues with our car; no one touched it in the parking lot. I am very satisfied with the accommodation and with Sarti itself, and I thank Nikana for helping me find such a lovely place to stay.

Waves House is an excellent accommodation! We are extremely satisfied, primarily due to its outstanding location, right in the center and almost on the beach, just a minute's walk to the shore! The staff is exceptional, the hosts are truly wonderful, we had a great time, and we will definitely return to the same accommodation next time!

We stayed at Waves from August 18 to 29, 2018, and considering the excellent ratings we saw on the website, as well as the description and pictures, we were somewhat disappointed. We were welcomed by a clean apartment that is renovated and located in a good area, as stated. However, it is quite small; perhaps this is not an exception for Greece, but it certainly cannot be described as comfortable. In the three-bed apartment, we received two small and two large towels, as well as two chairs on the terrace. For the third person, we were supposed to bring our own, I guess? But that was not the biggest issue. What irritated us the most was the unpleasant smell that was constantly emanating from the plumbing (or sewage) pipes, as well as the unstable supply of hot water, which caused us to wait under the shower for ten minutes several times, so we could finish showering. To avoid anyone thinking that I am being picky, I can shower with cold water, although sometimes we had to wait for that too. However, I cannot shower a three-year-old under a shower that changes the water temperature from icy to scalding at least twice a minute. When the apartment was renovated, I believe they should have addressed those two issues with the plumbing and water supply, as we did not have these problems in newer villas in previous years. A complaint also goes to the parking situation, as we saw in previous reviews that this was not a problem because there are always free spots nearby. Perhaps in June, but during our stay, I rarely found a spot less than 300-400 meters from the apartment, which is not really close and quite inconvenient to access the apartment by car in the evening, considering it is in the center and there are many pedestrians. If you plan to visit nearby beaches by car, this could be a problem. You will have a lovely view from the terrace of the promenade, beach, and sea, but also of the neighboring terrace, as they are connected without any visual barrier (except for a small fence), so you have no privacy on the terrace. As for the staff and the owner, they were unobtrusive, so we cannot comment on them. After five days, the bedding and towels were changed, and it was cleaned a bit, and we met the owner on the second to last day when we were chasing her to make the payment, and that was all. In any case, for this price, you get a good location, relatively new accommodation with air conditioning, and a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace (if you get apartment 5 or 6 like we did), but poor comfort.

Comfortable, clean, and cozy. The location is outstanding, offering a splendid view of Athos and the sea. Parking is very close by. My only complaint would be that they did not change the bed linens and towels (we stayed for 7 nights).

Excellent accommodation, the landlady is extremely kind and accommodating, everything is clean and tidy. We traveled with two small children and it was fantastic. Even the surrounding establishments did not create too much noise; by midnight or half past one, everything quieted down, and if the terrace doors are closed, nothing can be heard. Of course, the air conditioning needs to be turned on then. During the day, it is pleasant even without air conditioning. We created a draft by opening the terrace and entrance doors, and it was perfect. The firm pillows bothered us a bit. They might have softer ones, but we didn’t ask since we brought our own. We had a wonderful view of the sea, though the terrace was small. The apartments without a sea view had larger terraces, so it depends on personal preference. There is no parking at the building, but there are several free parking options nearby.

We stayed from June 2nd to June 9th; the weather was wonderful, the sea was excellent, slightly choppy, yet still fantastic. I would definitely return to Sarti and stay in the same villa, WAVES HOUSE.

An excellent location, the accommodation is beautiful and clean. The villa owners are pleasant and kind. We would gladly return. Unfortunately, throughout our stay in September, the wind blew constantly in Sarti, and the waves were large, so we explored other beaches around Sarti (Klimatarija comes highly recommended).
