Hotel Description

Only few meters from the sea, in the old part of Sarti, there is Waves House, one of the rare affordable accommodation on this location. Except the great location, this house is in an excellent condition.

In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, supermarket and bakery and the beach is only 10m away.

In total there are four studios, located on the first floor and their size is about 25m2. All studios are the same and have one double and one single bed with the possibility of adding a baby cot if needed. Balconies are about 3,5m2 in size. Two studios have a sea view, while the other two overlook the neighboring building. The advantage of the studios on the back side of the building is that, besides the separate smaller balconies, they also have a large, common veranda (20m2).

All studios have internet, air condition, kitchen, TV, mosquito nets, equipped kitchen with small fridge (with freezer compartment) and hotplates, and bathroom with an edged showering area. Towels and bed linen are being replaced every 4-5 days.

The house doesn’t have a yard, not even a private parking, but guests can park around the house or on the public parking. On the ground floor there is pizzeria owned by the owners of the house.

In order to reach the house, when you reach the big public parking, go straight till the beach, then turn left in the street next to the beach and after 200m you will see the house on your left.

Waves House is an ideal choice for couples who go together on vacation or for families with small children due to its location and accessibility to all the amenities. The owner is very friendly and available to her guests.

The location is excellent, but it is very warm in the accommodation. Our room was cleaned only after 10 days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
