Our description
Almira Studios is an accommodation just few steps away from the center of Sarti. Hidden from the noise, it's ideal for everyone who'd like to stay close to the beach and to all the amenities this place has to offer.
The largest supermarket in Sarti is at just 110m (the smaller ones are even closer), the nearest bakery is 160m away, the beach is 120m away, and the city center with other amenities is at 100m.
In the offer are three studios and one duplex apartment. The double and quadruple studios, as well as the quintuple duplex apartment, are located on the ground floor and the triple studio is on the first floor. The double studio has one double bed, the triple one has one double and a single bed, and the quadruple one has one double and two single beds. The apartment has one double and a single bed i.e. two single beds in two bedrooms, while the kitchen is separated.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The kitchen is standardly equipped, with hotplates, electric kettle and small fridge. The bathroom in the studios has been renovated and has a shower cabin, while the apartment has a shower tray without curtain. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs.
The yard is very small, so private parking is not available. You can park in front of the accommodation or on the public parking 120m away.
After entering Sarti at the club Fact, continue ahead, take the first street to the right, then next to the left and after a few meters, you'll see Almira Studios on the left.

Owners description
The house is located in the second row from the beach, next to the fish shop and behind the restaurant Pirofani.
There are one double and a quadruple studio along with a quintuple apartment on the ground floor and a triple studio on the first floor. The apartment has one single and a queen size bed in the bedroom, while in the room with the kitchen there are two single beds.
Accommodation units feature a kitchen, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The cleaning is done daily, while the changing of towels and bed linen is done every three to four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
