Our description
Athina Villa is an accommodation in the old part of Sarti, not far from the large public parking lot. It can be a good choice for guests whose priority is vicinity of the beach and other amenities, as well as good quality/price ratio.
The beach is 120m away, and you will find plenty of shops, taverns and cafes nearby.
They offer are six studios in the basement, on the first and second floor.
Studio no. 1 is in the basement, it's triple, with one double and a single bed. Studio no. 2 is located in the basement, it's quadruple, with one double and two bunk beds. Studio no. 3 is located on the first floor, it's triple, with one double and a single bed. Studio no. 4 is located on the first floor, it's quadruple, with one double and two bunk beds. Studios no. 5 and 6 are on the second floor, they're triple, with a side sea view, one double and a single bed.
The studios are air-conditioned, they have TV, kitchen with hotplates, small fridge with freezer compartment and necessary utensils, mosquito nets and bathroom with a bathtub. Bed linen and towels are replaced halfway through the stay.
Courtyard in front of the house is small, while the big part of it is used as parking.
The easiest way to reach the accommodation is if you turn off the road Sarti – Sykia towards a large supermarket, pass the parking lot and turn into the first street right. You'll see the house 100m later, at the second intersection, on the left.
Athina Villa can be a great choice for families or couples who'd like to stay in the center of all events, yet out of the city noise. Friendly owners will make your stay even more enjoyable.

Owners description
Villa Athina is located in Sarti, close to the beach and the city center. It consists of six air-conditioned studios (four triple and two quadruple) set on three floors. All studios have a kitchenette with a hot plate and refrigerator, internet, TV and a balcony.
Studio no. is 1 triple, it's in a semi-basement and it's fitted with one double and a single bed. Studios no. 2 (semi-basement) and 4 (first floor) are quadruple and they're fitted with one double and two bunk beds. Studios no. 3 (first floor) and 5 (second floor) are tiple and they're fitted with one double and a single bed. Studio no. 6 is triple, it's in on the second floor and it's fitted with one double and a single bed, with the possibility of adding an auxiliary bed. Studios no. 5 and 6 have a balcony with a sea view.
Replacement of bed linen and towels is carried out at half of the stay for 10 overnights, or after four days for seven overnights. Guests themselves maintain the studios during their stay.
Parking space is within the yard next to the house.
Taverns, shops and beach bars are at a short walking distance.
Quiet hours are from 14:00-17:30 and from 23:00-7:30.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
