Everything was excellent; the room was satisfactory and had all the essentials for a few days. The private parking significantly eased the situation, as Sarti was overcrowded and finding parking would have been difficult. The owner/manager waited for us at the reception longer than expected upon our arrival and was very kind. In the end, when we left, she informed us that we had forgotten something and that she would keep it for us.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, and the studio is new and clean. Although the studio is generally small, one can barely turn around in the bathroom. We didn’t even unpack our suitcases because the wardrobe is miniature, sufficient for just one person, let alone for the two of us. Aside from the fact that the studio is too small, everything else is excellent!

The location is perfect, especially for those traveling with small children. The beach, bakeries, and shops are all just a few steps away. The city center is only a few minutes' leisurely walk. We stayed at this accommodation for ten nights and I have nothing but praise, along with some criticism regarding Nikana. We have been booking accommodations through them for years, but this year they acted like a bunch of amateurs. They responded partially to all my requests/questions, so I had to ask the same thing several times to piece together a complete answer to my inquiry. As for the Eolica Rooms accommodation, what can I say, if there was a studio for sale, I would buy it for myself. We stayed in the Standard studio, which is exceptionally comfortable and has a large and cozy terrace. The accommodation is new, clean, well-equipped, everything is fenced and under video surveillance, both the property and the parking area. Cleaning and changing towels and linens are done every two days. There is everything you need in terms of utensils. The countertop has two burners, an electric kettle, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, an air conditioner, mosquito nets, blinds, excellent Wi-Fi, but no TV program. Although Nikana claims to have satellite TV, they only have 16 channels, 7 of which have no signal. On the other hand, who needs a TV at the beach? ;-) The owner is very, very kind. Whenever he saw us, he asked how we were, if everything was alright, if we needed anything. The day before leaving for home, I bought windshield washer fluid, opened the hood to pour it in, and there he was. He said he saw the hood open and immediately came over to ask if everything was okay and if I needed any help. Kudos to him for that. Two houses down, there is a well-stocked market, and across from it is an excellent bakery with a large selection of pastries and cakes, of which I would particularly recommend, as they call it, bugaca, i.e., cheese burek, and from the cakes, a vanilla cone and orange pie. You reach the beach with just 146 steps from the entrance of studio 103. A long, sandy, beautifully arranged beach with plenty of bars and crystal-clear turquoise water. Sunbeds are provided with drinks, which amounts to about 8€ for a set for two, depending on what you drink. Regarding the beaches on Sithonia, we spent 10 nights in Sarti and 5 nights in Nikiti, which we used to explore both sides of Sithonia. We visited all the beaches recommended by Nikana and almost all the beaches (at least 90% of them) marked on Google Maps, and I would classify only a few of them as better than the city beach in Sarti, considering the overall natural beauty and amenities. Of course, we didn't linger at all of them, and some weren't even worth a visit, let alone a stay. If I were to go to Sithonia again, I would go to Sarti and would only visit a couple of beaches. During our stay in Sarti, there were only serious waves once and a red flag was raised at the lifeguard tower, but people were swimming, and once with a yellow flag and the greatest joy of the children, the rest of the days were like being in a pool. The water was calm and so clear that you could see the bottom even near the buoys. Paradise and Orange are, in my opinion, the biggest disappointments. Overhyped, small, cramped beaches among the rocks with blue water and sand like in Sarti. They are not worth the time spent. The water is clear and blue, but the beach, at least in my opinion, is not just about the water. Tigania and the surrounding bars, in my opinion, are not worth hiking. On Tigania beach, they have nicely designed the bar and umbrellas made of leaves, but there is nothing special there that would make me want to return. Klimataria beach, I think, has the finest sand in Sithonia, turquoise and clear water, but it is overly crowded, as we would say, people sitting on each other's heads.

The accommodation is situated in a prime location, with rooms being cleaned every third day, including towel replacement. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the kitchen, the air conditioning works excellently, and the terrace is also pleasant. The only drawback is the small bathroom, but this pertains to the Economy rooms. Overall, the impression is PHENOMENAL. I highly recommend it.

Truly an outstanding experience, a beautiful accommodation in a lovely part of Sarti, close to the beach, bakery, shops, taverns, and promenades. The hygiene is of a high standard; towels are changed every other day, and the room and bathroom are regularly cleaned. The bedding was changed twice in ten days. I wholeheartedly recommend it for both couples and families. This will undoubtedly be our choice of accommodation if we decide to return to Sarti.

Everything is just as depicted in the pictures and description. This is the best accommodation we have ever had in Greece. Everything is immaculate, new, the beach is extremely close, there is a store, and the best bakery! Absolutely 10/10!

For our first stay in Sarti, we chose this particular accommodation and have no regrets. The location is excellent, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, and shops. Everything is neat and clean. Towels and bed linens are regularly replaced. The host is very kind and approachable. We would certainly choose this accommodation again.
