If you want luxury accommodation in Sarti, near the beach, promenade and other tourist attractions, Eolica Rooms is an excellent choice.
It is located at a distance of about 110m from the sandy beach and 60m from the nearest shop. It is about 450m away from the center of Sarti.
Accommodation consists of several studios and one apartment. The apartment has four beds, then one three-bed studio and ten doubles, five Standard, four Economy and one Comfort.
The four-bed apartment is located on the second floor, it has two double beds. The three-bed studio is also located on the second floor and has one double bed and one single bed. Two-bed studios are distributed on the first and second floor. Three Standard studios are on the first floor, as well as two Economy, while two Standard studios, two Economy and Comfort are on the first floor and all have one double bed.
All accommodation units have internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, bathroom and kitchen. In the kitchen there is a stove with two burners, a kettle and a small refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain, and guests can ask for a hair dryer at the reception if they need it.
The accommodation is extremely clean and luxuriously furnished. Cleaning of the accommodation units and towel changing is done every two days, while bed linen is changed every four days. Next to the accommodation there is a private parking lot for the guests.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you enter Sarti, opposite Villa Doxa (which is on the right) there is a turnoff towards the soccer field. Turn into that street, then into the second one on the left, then into the fourth one on the left, after 60m, on the left, you will find Eolica Rooms.
Eolica Rooms is an excellent choice for those looking for comfort, luxury and a good location.

Owner description
The Eolica Rooms is a fresh and elegant accommodation. It is located just one breath away from Sarti Beach (50 meters) and 5 minutes from the central market area of shops and taverns. Its location thus combines quietness, but without being cut off from the secular sites of Sarti. Sarti, built amphitheatrically between mountain and sea, is the most relaxing and idyllic destination of Halkidiki. The glistening blue sky is reflected in the sparkling, clear waters of Sithonia and Eolica was built right where everything means summer.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Sve je bilo odlicno, soba korektna, ima sve sto treba za par dana. Privatan parking dosta olaksava situaciju jer je Sarti bio prepun i tesko bi se naso parking. Vlasnica/menadzerka nas je cekala na recepciji duze nego sto je bilo ocekivano u dolasku i jako je fina, na kraju kad smo otisli mi je javila da smo zaboravili nesto i da ce ona to sacuvati za nas.

Ovo je najbolji smeštaj u kome smo bili. Urednost i higijena vrhunski,domaćini preljubazni. Obezbedjen parking odmah pored smeštaja,plaza na minut od smeštaja,kao i pekara i prodavnica. Za svaku pohvalu i preporuku.

Prvi put letujem u Grckoj i prezadovoljna sam.Sto se tiče smeštaja sve pohvale Blizu plaze,čisto redovno menjanje peskira i posteljine.Sve u svemu i sledeći put ću rezervisti smestaj preko Nikane.

Smeštaj je na odličnoj lokaciji, studio je nov i čist. Studio je generalno mali, gde u kupatilu ne možeš ni da se okreneš. Kofere nismo ni raspakivali jer je ormar minijaturan i za jednog, a kamoli za nas dvoje. Sem toga da je studio premali sve ostalo je odlično!
