Hotel Description

Artemis Lidia House is located just twenty meters from the beach, at the transition between the old and new part of Sarti. Due to the proximity of all the contents that this place offers, it can be a good choice for families with children.

It offers two three-bed studios (20m2) on the second floor, each with one double bed and one single bed. Both studios have a side sea view and have a common balcony that is divided by a small fence.

Both studios are air-conditioned, have TV and internet. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, they have a hob with two hotplates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms have an enclosed shower area, without a cabin and without a curtain, and a hair dryer is also available to the guests.

Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, while the hygiene of the accommodation units is maintained by the guests themselves.

The accommodation does not have private parking lot, but you can park your car in front of and near the accommodation, and there is a public parking lot across the street.

If you want to spend your vacation near the beach and all other facilities, Artemis Lidia House can be a good choice.

The location is excellent, right by the beach. Cleanliness is top-notch. Halfway through our stay (six nights) they replaced our towels. The owner is courteous and available for anything you may need.

The accommodation is wonderful! It is located in an excellent spot, with a view of the sea. The small details add extra warmth. The owners are lovely and very welcoming!

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
