Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Melissi Studios is located in a large yard, surrounded by greenery. It's a modest accommodation, not very spacious, but close to a beautiful, sandy beach with shallows, Sykia beach.
It is about 200m away from a sandy, wide beach. The nearest supermarket is located on the main road, just over 1km from the accommodation, and a little bit before it, at 350m distance you can find a bakery.
It consists of four studios that are approximately 17m2, all are located on the ground floor, several steps above the ground.
One studio is quadruple and can accommodate up to two adults and two children. It is equipped with one queen size bed and bunk beds.
The other three studios are triple and can accommodate up to three persons. Two studios have two queen size beds each, and the third one has one queen size bed and one single bed.
All studios have a kitchenette, bathroom (enclosed shower), internet, air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are replaced every 3-4 days.
In front of the accommodation there is a very spacious yard with barbecue and tables with chairs where guests can gather. Part of the yard serves as a parking lot.
When you turn off from the main road to Sykia beach, you should immediately turn to the first street to the left. Dirt road will drive you right to the yard of the accommodation.
Melissi Studios is an accommodation suitable for guests who do not mind the smaller size of accommodation units and who seek a quiet and good location for visiting the surrounding beaches.

Dobar dan, zanima me smeštaj u julu ili u prvoj polovini avgusta, ali nigde ne vidim cenovnik.. Piše mi samo od 35e. 10 noćenja, dve odrasle osobe i dvoje dece (starije 2 godine, mlaðe nema ni godinu)

Hello, we are a family of two children (7 and 14), two adults and a 17 kilos female dog (breed something like a border collie). We are looking for accommodation for July- Aug for a 6-7 nights stay. Do you have something available, if of course the dog is welcomed as well? :)
