Our description
Melissi Studios is located in a large yard, surrounded by greenery. It's a modest accommodation, not very spacious, but close to a beautiful, sandy beach with shallows, Sykia beach.
It is about 200m away from a sandy, wide beach. The nearest supermarket is located on the main road, just over 1km from the accommodation, and a little bit before it, at 350m distance you can find a bakery.
It consists of four studios that are approximately 17m2, all are located on the ground floor, several steps above the ground.
One studio is quadruple and can accommodate up to two adults and two children. It is equipped with one queen size bed and bunk beds.
The other three studios are triple and can accommodate up to three persons. Two studios have two queen size beds each, and the third one has one queen size bed and one single bed.
All studios have a kitchenette, bathroom (enclosed shower), internet, air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are replaced every 3-4 days.
In front of the accommodation there is a very spacious yard with barbecue and tables with chairs where guests can gather. Part of the yard serves as a parking lot.
When you turn off from the main road to Sykia beach, you should immediately turn to the first street to the left. Dirt road will drive you right to the yard of the accommodation.
Melissi Studios is an accommodation suitable for guests who do not mind the smaller size of accommodation units and who seek a quiet and good location for visiting the surrounding beaches.

Melissi Studios is a small family business but already fully equipped to provide you whatever you need. The amazing scenery created by the harmonic combination of sea and mountains landscapes in Halkidiki, and also the multiple choices for all kinds of entertainment will make your vacation unforgettable.
Melissi Studios are located in a private plot 150 meters from where the sea meets the sand of Sykia Beach. The group of rooms is composed of four brand new studios full equipped and ready to welcome their guests.
Each studio consists of open plan (kitchen and bedroom). Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils in case you choose to taste your own gastronomic creations in your own terrace. Each studio has it’s own separate WC and we also provide you air-condition, television and ample parking.
The surrounding area of Melisi Studios, rich in natural beauty, inspires calm and relaxation in thoughtful facilities. If you choose to escape and explore the wider area the position of Melisi Studios is in the right spot, in the center of Sithonia, offering you a variety of options.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav, Zanima me da li je slobodan navedeni termin za 4 Bed Studio. Takodje, jos jedna porodica dolazi sa nama pa je dodatno pitanje da li ima slobodnih smestaja za obe porodice. Dakle 21.07-31.07, 2 porodice sa po 2 deteta, s tim sto druga porodica ima dete od 3 godine pa verujem da bi i studio za 3 osobe bio dovoljan. Hvala
