Our description

In the first row from the sea, only few steps from the beautiful, sandy Sykia beach, there is Toula's House. Tucked in small, fenced yard, this house is an ideal choice for families with children, but also for all those who want accommodation close to the beach.

Beach is right in front of the house, only road separates them. Pizzeria Toula, next to the house, has the same owner. The closest market is in the camping, 50m far, and everyday a mini van with fresh fruits and vegetables passes in front of the house.

In total there are one quadruple and one quintuple apartment on the ground floor and one studio on the first floor for two people

Apartment no. 1 has two queen size beds in the bedroom and one more in the room with kitchen. Bathroom is renovated and has an edged showering space.

Apartment no. 2 has one double and one single bed in the bedroom and one more single bed in the room with kitchen. Bathroom is not renovated, but it has an edged showering space with curtain.

Studio is equipped with one double and one single bed and with table and chairs. Bathroom is renovated and has a shower cabin.

Alll accommodation units have air conditioning, internet and TV. In all kitchens are mini-oven with hotplates and big fridge, only kitchen in the apartment no. 1 is older and has a small fridge. All units have sitting set on the balcony, as well as sea view. On the ground floor the view is from faraway, because the beach is higher than sea level.

In the courtyard there is a barbecue, but there is no private parking. In front of it there is enough space for parking.

In order to reach the house, follow the road next to Sykia beach and when you see pizzeria Toula, right next to it you will see the house.

Owners description

Toula's House is located on the seafront, on the beautiful Agios Ioannis beach, near the village of Sykia (3km). Agios Ioannis is a long beach with white sand and crystal clear water, with an amazing view of Mount Athos. Moreover, some of the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki, such as Kriartisi and Orange Beach can be reached within a few minutes. Next to our house, there is our family owned a pizzeria, where guests can enjoy delicious homemade pizza.

Toula's House consists of two apartments on the ground floor and one attic studio.

Apartment No. 1 consists of a kitchen, bathroom, one separate bedroom with two semi-double beds and one semi-double bed in the hallway area. Apartment No. 2 consists of a kitchen with a single bed, bathroom and a separate bedroom with one single and a double bed. The attic studio has one double and a single bed, kitchen and a bathroom. Replacement of towels and bed linen is done halfway through the stay.

Outside the house, there is a large yard with garden, comfortable for relaxing and safe for children. Moreover, for all our guests there's an outdoor shower area and a barbeque area.

The nearest supermarket is at about 50m.
