Hotel Description

In the first row from the sea, only few steps from the beautiful, sandy Sykia beach, there is Toula’s House. Tucked in small, fenced yard, this house is an ideal choice for families with children, but also for all those who want accommodation close to the beach.

Within the facility, on the ground floor at the front of the building, there are two four-bed apartments, as well as a two-person studio in the attic with a sea view, located on the first floor. Additionally, there is a brand new luxury studio for two people, located on the ground floor in the courtyard area of the building.

The studios consist of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and have one double bed. The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. They are equipped with one double bed and two single beds.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have internet, TV, and a hairdryer. All kitchens have one hot plate, a kettle, and a large refrigerator. All accommodation units have a table and chairs on the terrace, as well as a sea view.

There is a barbecue in the courtyard, but no private parking. There is enough parking space in front of the courtyard.

Towels and bed linen are provided, but cleaning service is not included. Pets are not allowed. You will reach the house by taking the road next to Sykia beach, and when you reach Toula’s pizzeria, you will see the house right next to it.

If you are looking for accommodation close to a sandy beach and a market, this house is the right choice for you.

Additionally, we have exceptional internet like we have never experienced before in Greece! There is a barbecue located behind the house, and the host was very accommodating and willing to assist us.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
