Hotel Description

On the main road leading to Sykia, surrounded by greenery, there are Areti Studios. Along with the fenced courtyard with large lawn and natural shade, barbecue and parking, this modest accommodation is ideal for families to whom the distance of the beach is not very important.

From Sykia beach it is 3km far, but it is a great start point for visiting all the surrounding beaches. The center of Sykia is 1,5km far and the closest market is 550m away. On Saturdays in the village Sykia there is a green market, so you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and other products of this region.

Areti Studios consist of one quadruple apartment (34m2), two triple studios (21m2) and one double studio (19m2). Double studio is located on the first floor (eight steps above the ground floor), while the other two studios and the apartment are on the second floor.

In the quadruple apartment, there is one double bed in the bedroom, while two single beds are in the room with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary dishes, big fridge and small oven with hotplates. In order to reach the bathroom, it is necessary to pass through the bedroom. The apartment also has two spacious balconies with table and chairs, from which one has a street view and the other one garden view.

Triple studios consist of one double and one single bed in the same room. The kitchen is equipped with necessary dishes, small fridge and a hotplates. The balconies are spacious, with a table with chairs and a mountain view.

Double studio has two single beds that can be joined if necessary. The kitchen has the necessary dishes, small fridge and a hotplates. The balcony with backyard view is equipped with a table with chairs.

All accommodation units have air conditioning and a TV, and in the bathrooms there is a built in (edged) showering area with curtain. Unfortunately, there are no mosquito nets in this accommodation. There is internet, but the signal is a bit weaker in the rooms. Towels and sheets are replaced after four nights.

In the large courtyard with natural shade there’s a table with chairs, a barbecue, as well as enough parking space. Small pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner.

Areti Studios are easy to reach. Coming from the direction of Sarti, on the right side, or on the left if you are coming from the opposite direction, you will see the sign for the village Sykia where you should turn. Continuing that way, after around 800m you will see the accommodation on the left side.

If the distance from the beach doesn’t bother you and you want to visit other beaches in Sithonia outside Sykia, Areti Studios is the right choice. Connection to other places in Sithonia is excellent and in the vicinity of the accommodation there are a mini-market and bakery, while the center of Sykia with taverns, cafes, doctor’s office, post office and other contents is only few minutes ride away.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
