Surrounded by greenery, protected from noise, in a spacious yard, Alex Home in Sykia is a paradise for families seeking privacy and peace. This maisonette is equipped as a real home, with all necessary devices and appliances, from the washing machine to the stove.

The nearest supermarket is within the gas station, at about 650m from the house, and the center of the village with all its contents is at 1.5km distance. We recommend the house only to those who come with their own vehicle, because the beach is around 3km away.

The offer includes one apartment on the ground floor and one large maisonette spread over the first and second floors of the house.

The maisonette can accommodate a maximum of six adults and two children. On the first floor there is one bedroom, a kitchen with a living room, two storage rooms, a bathroom, and two terraces. The bedroom is equipped with bunk beds and has its own terrace. The living room includes a dining table with chairs and a seating area, while one of the storage rooms contains a washing machine. The kitchen and living room open onto a terrace with outdoor seating. On the second floor of the maisonette there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two terraces. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. Both rooms open onto a shared large terrace with seating furniture, while the second bedroom also has its own private terrace on the other side.

The ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to six adults and consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two people.

A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request, included in the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two or four hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The maisonette also includes a toaster.

In the very spacious, well-maintained, and fenced yard there is a gazebo, barbecue, and children’s toys. Parking space is also available.

To reach Alex House, after turning toward the village of Sikija, you should take the fourth left street, right after Areti Studios accommodation. After just a few meters, you will see the house.

If you don’t mind being a bit further from the beach, but in return having privacy, peace, and quiet, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests are required to pay a tourist tax: for a two-bedroom apartment it amounts to 8€ per day, while for a three-bedroom apartment it is 15€ per day of stay.
