Hotel Description

Surrounded by greenery, protected from noise, in a spacious yard, Alex Home in Sykia is a paradise for families seeking privacy and peace. This maisonette is equipped as a real home, with all necessary devices and appliances, from the washing machine to the stove.

The nearest supermarket is within the gas station, at about 650m from the house, and the center of the village with all its contents is at 1.5km distance. We recommend the house only to those who come with their own vehicle, because the beach is around 3km away.

In the offer is a large maisonette that extends to the first and the second floor of the house. The owners live in the other half of the house. Maisonette can accommodate up to four adults and four children.

On the first floor of the maisonette there is one bedroom, kitchen with living room, two storage rooms, bathroom and two balconies. The bedroom is equipped with bunk beds and has its own balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a kettle, a toaster, a large fridge with a small freezer. In the living room there are table and chairs, and in one of the storage rooms there is a washing machine. The kitchen and living room have one balcony with table and chairs.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and two balconies. In one bedroom there is one double bed, and in the other there are two single beds. Both rooms have one shared large balcony with table and chairs, while the other room has its own balcony on the other side.

Both bathrooms have a bathtub. All balconies overlook the yard. Maisonette has internet, TV, hairdryer and air conditioning. If necessary, owners can provide a baby cot and feeding chair.

In a very spacious, arranged and enclosed yard there are gazebo, barbecue and toys for children. There is also a parking space.

You will get to Alex Home if you, upon turning to Sykia village, turn to the fourth street on the left, right after the accommodation of Areti Studios. After only a few meters you will see the house.

If you do not mind being a bit further from the beach, but in return to have privacy, peace and quiet, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
