Our description
Chrisoula House is an accommodation at the entrance to Sykia village. It's a great choice for those looking for privacy and for whome the distance from the beach is not crucial. Center of the village is only a few steps away, so all the amenities are very close.
The closest beach is Sykia beach (4km), while the center is at 200m. Every Saturday is the green market day in the main street, where you can buy homemade products, fresh fish and seafood.
The big apartment that can accommodate 5-6 persons is on the first floor, and the quadruple apartment is on the high ground floor (three steps above the ground level).
The big apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with dining room, kitchen, bathroom and four balconies. The bedrooms are fitted with one double i.e. in one single bed, while the living room is equipped with two single beds and a table with chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain.
The quadruple apartment has one double bed in the bedroom, i.e. folding sofa (width 1,20) in a room with a kitchen. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cabin.
Apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, completely equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a big fridge, internet and a balcony with table and chairs. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
The yard is small, with a barbecue and parking for two cars.
After entering the village, and passing the market on the left side, make a first left and after a few meters, you'll see the house on the left.
If the distance from the beach is not important, but your privacy, this house is the perfect choice for you.

Owners description
Chrisoula House is the accommodation at the entrance to Sykia, 20m from the supermarket Artemis.
There are two recently renovated apartments available. The upper-floor apartment (100m2) accommodates up to five people, while the second apartment (40m2) accommodates up to four people. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, glasses, sugar, oregano and pots, WiFi internet and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Amenities include children's highchair, baby cot and a baby stroller.
Parking is also available.
Bed linen and towels are replaced after two days.
At arrival, a tray of olive oil and tsipouro will be waiting for customers to taste our own products.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
