Chrisoula House is located at the entrance to the Sykia village, on the southeastern side of Sithonia, offering an excellent choice for guests seeking a vacation in a pleasant environment, away from the city crowds yet close enough to some of the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki. The property consists of two accommodation units of different structures, making it suitable for larger families and groups, as well as for smaller families or couples. The accommodation is set in an authentic Greek environment, surrounded by greenery and mountain landscapes characteristic of this part of Sithonia. The well-maintained courtyard with seating area, private parking, shared barbecue, and pleasant atmosphere contribute to the feeling of comfort during your stay. The balcony overlooks the courtyard, surroundings, and mountain landscapes, while the location allows easy access to numerous beaches, restaurants, and natural attractions that Sithonia is known for. It is an excellent choice for guests seeking privacy without being far from the beach. The nearest beach, Sykia beach, is about 4 km away, while the center is around 200 m. Every Saturday, there is a market day on the main street where guests can buy local products, fresh fish, and seafood.
Guests have at their disposal two accommodation units. On the first floor of this accommodation is a large three-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to seven adults, while on the high ground floor (three steps above ground level) is a four-bed apartment that can accommodate up to four adults. The spacious first-floor apartment consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has another double bed. The living room has a single bed and a sofa for one adult. The high ground floor apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has another double bed. The interior of the accommodation units is decorated in a simple, functional, and warm Mediterranean style. Light tones of the walls, natural shades of furniture, and large windows that allow plenty of natural light dominate the space. The bedrooms exude a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, with neatly arranged furniture and sufficient storage space. The kitchens are well-organized and suitable for longer stays, while the dining areas provide a pleasant space for shared meals. The accommodation gives an impression of tidiness, functionality, and a homely atmosphere, making it suitable for family vacations and longer stays.
Upon request, a baby cot for children up to fifteen kilograms can be provided at no extra charge. This convenience is particularly significant for families with babies and young children, allowing for a carefree stay without the need for additional equipment during travel.
Both accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning included in the price. Each room also has a fan that further contributes to a pleasant temperature during hot summer days. Guests have access to WiFi internet and a Smart TV in the living room. The kitchen in both accommodation units is equipped with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster, allowing for easy meal preparation during the vacation. A hairdryer is provided in the bathroom. There is no washing machine in the accommodation, but a laundry service is available at an additional cost.
Both accommodation units have standard balconies for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The three-bedroom apartment has three balconies, providing guests with additional comfort and the opportunity to find a pleasant spot for relaxation at different times of the day. The view from the accommodation is directed towards the courtyard, the street, and the surrounding mountain landscapes that give this part of Sithonia a special charm. Guests also have access to a well-maintained fenced yard with seating area and natural shade, providing an ideal place for morning coffee, evening gatherings, or relaxation after returning from the beach. In the yard, there is a shared barbecue that guests can freely use during their stay.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. This policy particularly suits guests who prefer a quieter environment and wish to stay in a space dedicated exclusively to guests without the presence of pets. Thanks to this, the accommodation can be a good choice for individuals with pet allergies or those who value an additional sense of tidiness during their vacation.
The cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done every three days during the stay, allowing guests to have a pleasant and tidy stay even during longer vacations. Regular refreshment of the accommodation contributes to additional comfort, especially for families with children and guests planning a multi-week vacation. Additional cleaning service is not provided, and additional sets of towels and bed linen are not available outside the regular replacement schedule. This organization ensures the maintenance of hygiene and tidiness throughout the stay, with minimal effort required from guests.
Chrisoula House is located about 4 km from the nearest sandy beach in the area of Sikia. Nearby are some of the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia. Valti Beach is approximately 7 km from the accommodation. Klimataria Beach is about 11 km away and is known for its fine sand and turquoise sea. Tourkolimnionas Beach is about 6 km away and is considered one of the most beautiful in this part of Sithonia. Tigania Beach is about 9 km away and attracts guests with its crystal-clear sea and natural environment. The famous Kavourotripes Beach is approximately 17 km from the accommodation and is one of the most famous natural attractions of Sithonia. The center of Sikia is only a few hundred meters away. Among the surrounding places, Sarti is about 12 km away and is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the eastern coast of Sithonia, with a long sandy beach, numerous restaurants, and a promenade. Kalamitsi is about 9 km away, Toroni about 11 km, Neos Marmaras about 40 km, while Nikiti is approximately 53 km away. Thessaloniki is about 150 km from the accommodation, and the nearest International Airport is Macedonia Airport near Thessaloniki, about 140 km away. Chrisoula House is an excellent choice for guests looking for a peaceful vacation in an authentic Greek environment, with ample space, functionally equipped apartments, and easy access to the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia.
