Description
Family Nikos House is located at the entrance of the village Sikia, approximately 4km from the beach with the same name. It can be a good choice for visitors for whom proximity to the coast is not crucial when choosing accommodation for vacation, but comfortable apartments in a peaceful location close to the amenities that this place offers.
Located in the quiet part of village Sykia, it is only 450m far from the center. The closest market is 250m away. It is little bit far from Sykia beach, but you can easily reach it by car. This region is full of wonderful, sandy beaches which are definitely worth a visit.
There are 3 apartments available for five or six people.
Apartments number 1 and 2 are located on the high ground floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. Apartment no.1 consists of a kitchen with a dining area and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has a sofa bed for two people and a folding armchair. The kitchen has a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a small oven with three burners, a toaster, a kettle, and necessary utensils. Apartment no.2 also consists of a kitchen with a dining area and two bedrooms. The beds in the rooms are the same as in apartment no.1, while the kitchen in this apartment only differs in that it has a large refrigerator with a freezer. The bathrooms of both apartments have a bathtub with a curtain and a washing machine. The air conditioning unit in both apartments is located in the kitchen.
Apartment no.3 is renovated and it is located on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third one has a sofa bed for two people. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit. The living room is equipped with a corner sofa, a dining table and chairs, and the kitchen is fully equipped, with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a built-in oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, a microwave, and necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine.
All units have WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and the owners can provide a baby cot if needed. All apartments have terraces with a table and chairs and overlook the street.
Bed linen and towels are changed, and apartment cleaning is done every three nights.
The accommodation has a small, paved courtyard, as well as a private parking.
Due to the small number of units, Family Nikos House can be a good choice for guests who do not like crowds, and it is also suitable for multiple families traveling together.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Do you have triple-bed accommodation for a three-member family, arrival date around 17. August for the total 10 nights. Lots of good-bye.
