Hotel Description

Maria House is an accommodation near the center of the village of Sykia, in a small yard with natural shade. It is ideal for all those who want peace and privacy, and for whom the proximity of the beach is not crucial.

In the center of the village, about 100m from the house, you will find taverns, shops, a pharmacy and cafes. On Saturdays, there is a market where you can buy local products from that area, fresh fish and seafood, fruits and vegetables. The nearest beach is Sykia beach, a little less than 5km away, or less than 10min drive.

It is an apartment on the first floor which consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is one double bed, and in the living room there is a sofa bed and an armchair. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The apartment is air conditioned, it has TV, internet and mosquito nets on the windows. Clean towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment, so guests are in charge of replacing and maintaining hygiene.

In the yard there are trees that create natural shade, a table with chairs, a barbecue and one parking space.

When you enter the village of Sykia, continue straight until you see the fast food restaurant Nassos on the corner. Right next to it, turn right into the street, then into the next street right and again into the next street right, where you will see this house on the corner.

If privacy is important to you, not as much as the proximity of the beach, Maria House is ideal choice for you.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
