Hotel Description

If you’re looking for a quiet location near beautiful Kriaritsi beach, Haratsi House is a perfect choice for you. Surrounded by a spacious courtyard, with plenty of greenery and trees, this house is ideal for families with children.

The beach is 450m away, with a bar that offers sunbeds and parasols. You will find a mini-market within the camping on the beach, but for bigger shopping and a bakery, it’s necessary to go to Sykia village (about 15 minute ride by car).

This is a ground floor house renovated in 2019. In the offer are two studios on the back side and one apartment and one studio on the front side. Studios are identically furnished to accommodate up to four persons. They have a double and a sofa bed,

All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, small oven, electric kettle, toaster and a large fridge, as well as a bathroom with a shower with no curtain (tiles only). Each unit has its own sitting set, they’re air-conditioned and have a TV. The studios on the back side have a garden view, while the apartment and the studio on the front side have street view. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days. Pets are not allowed.

The house is surrounded by spacious courtyard, full of greenery and trees, as weel as toys for children. Private parking is available in the courtyard.

In order not to get lost, it’s best to follow the navigation that will take you to the house through a small maze of roads. Part of the road is unpaved.

If you like non-commercial beaches, peace and tranquillity, then Haratsi House is the perfect place for you.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
