Our description
At about 200m from the sandy Sikia beach, you will find Morfo Luxury Living Apartments. The accommodation is modernly equipped and is adorned with a beautifully arranged and fenced courtyard, where children can play carefree on the playground. A quiet location, proximity to the beach, and guaranteed privacy are just some of the advantages offered by this accommodation.
The closest beach is Sikia (about 200m), while the nearest market is about 500m from the house. If you go by car, the distance to the beach and market is slightly longer, the previously mentioned distance is for those going on foot using the footpath, not the main road. Every morning, a van passes through the settlement with fresh bakery products, and often there is also a refrigerated truck with fresh fish.
The accommodation consists of three quadruple apartments located on the ground floor. They are all equipped the same way, with a living room containing a sofa bed and a kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, washing machine, and the possibility of adding a baby cot. The kitchens are equipped with a two-burner hob, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, and all the necessary utensils. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. Each accommodation unit has a terrace with a seating set, which is not physically separated from the others.
Cleaning is done every other day, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
The courtyard is fenced and beautifully arranged with natural shade. It features a children's playground, sun loungers, seating sets, a communal barbecue, and private parking.
Morfo Luxury Living Apartments is the perfect choice for families with children, as well as those who want to spend their vacation in a peaceful location close to the beach, and it is also an excellent base for exploring the surrounding areas.

Owners description
Morfo Luxury Living Apartments is an accommodation located in Sykia, Sithonia and offers three apartments.
The apartments are air-conditioned, offer free Wi-Fi, have televisions, a free cot on request, and the windows and doors are secured with mosquito nets. They have one double bed for two adults in the bedroom, as well as a sofa for two children in the living room.
In the kitchen, there are two hotplates, a kettle, a coffee machine, a microwave oven, as well as a large fridge with a freezer.
The bathrooms are beautiful and consist of a shower cabin, they offer hair dryers, and all apartments have a shared washing machine.
The apartments have a veranda with a view of the yard, which contains a set for sitting, a children's playground, as well as deckchairs.
The accommodation also offers a free private parking, as well as a shared barbecue.
The nearest beach is sandy and is only 200m from the accommodation.
Cleaning is done every two days, at the request of the guests it can be done every day, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
