Description
Dimi's Luxury Suites is a newly built complex of five independent maisonettes with a shared pool on a 5000m² estate, which will welcome its first guests in 2024, located in the village of Sikia, in the southeast of the Sithonia peninsula. This accommodation is 1.6km away from the beach and 3km away from the town center.
These accommodation units are structured as maisonettes on two levels and are intended for up to four adults and two children. On the lower level, at the ground level, there is a double bed and a sofa for two within the kitchen area, as well as a bathroom. On the upper level, in the attic, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa for one person and an additional bathroom.
One maisonette is suitable for persons with disabilities.
Within these air-conditioned maisonettes, with an independent cooling unit on each level, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, toiletries, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
During warm summer mornings and evenings, guests can spend time on the covered veranda with outdoor dining area, as well as on the balcony equipped with a seating set offering a distant sea view.
Within the fenced yard, guests have access to a shared pool with sun loungers and a barbecue.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. For an additional fee, they have at their disposal a cleaning service that includes changing towels and linen, as well as replenishing paper products, soap and shampoo.
Private parking is provided on the estate for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
