Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
In the spacious courtyard, by the main road, there is a newly built accommodation with a pool, Dimi's Luxury Suites, which can be an excellent choice for those to whom the proximity of the beach is not essential, but who want to spend their vacation in peace.
The accommodation is about 1.6km away from Sikia beach, and about 3km from the center.
There are five maisonettes available. In the lower part, in the room where the kitchen is located, the maisonettes have one double bed and a sofa bed, while on the upper floor they have another double bed and a small sofa where a small child could potentially sleep, although the capacity of the maisonette is maximum for four adults and two children. The kitchens are equipped with necessary utensils, have a fridge with a separate freezer compartment, stove, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. All maisonettes have a bathroom on both the lower and upper floors. The shower area in the bathrooms is partitioned with a glass partition, except for one, which is adapted for people with disabilities, and guests also have access to a washing machine and a hairdryer.
All maisonettes have two air conditioners, internet, TV, and mosquito nets. One set of bed linen and towels is provided, and the service of changing bed linen and towels and cleaning the maisonette is paid additionally, and guests can arrange this with the owners on the spot.
In addition to the seating area in front of the maisonette, each one also has a terrace with a table and chairs.
In the fenced and landscaped yard, there is guaranteed parking for all guests, a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a seating area, and a shared barbecue.
