Hotel Description

Jolandas House 2 is located on the pedestrian zone, only few steps from the sandy beach in Toroni, on which one is a big playground for children. Kind owners of this accommodation put hygiene and quality on the first place, so it makes this accommodation one of the beds in Toroni.

Beautiful sandy beach is right across the accommodation. Tavern is 100m, while the market is about 200m from the accommodation.

In total there are three apartments. One sextuple apartment (45m2) has a double bed in both bedrooms and two single beds in the room with kitchen and it has mountain view. Two quadruple apartments (30m2) have two single beds in the bedroom and a double bed in the room with kitchen and they have sea view.

All apartments are located on the first floor, have air conditioning, internet and TV, mosquito nets, drying rack. In the bathroom is a glass shower cabin, while in the kitchen are hot plates and big fridge with freezer compartment. Balcony has awning. Towels are replaced every day, while the bed linen are replace every four days, when cleaning is done too.

House doesn’t have a courtyard, but it has a big balcony on which one the guests can enjoy in wonderful view. On the beach are sunbeds and umbrellas which can be used with ordered drink. Private parking doesn’t exist, but in front and close to the house there is a plenty of parking space.

In order to reach the house, drive on the main road next to the sea in Toroni and when you see the beach bar Zino, you reached Jolandas House 2 which is right behind.

For all those who want to enjoy in new, clean and comfortable accommodation and to whom distance from the beach is very important, Jolandas House 2 can be a great choice.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
