Olive Yard House, located in Toroni, is 450 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, which holds a Blue Flag and stretches for two and a half kilometers with golden sand, offering plenty of space for enjoying privacy. Surrounded by olive groves, this house provides a peaceful stay, far from the city hustle, while being fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and pleasant vacation.

The ground-floor apartment can accommodate four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has two single beds.

Upon request and at no additional charge, a baby crib is available for guests.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove and a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Guests can relax and enjoy the veranda, furnished with a seating set, ideal for peaceful moments in the fresh air and the shade of olive trees in the yard.

Small pets are allowed upon prior agreement with the owners.

A parking space is not guaranteed, but there is usually a free spot available on the street where the accommodation is located.

Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay. Change of bed linen and towels is not provided. An optional cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

Olive Yard House is 20 km from the popular resort of Neos Marmaras, 30 km from Sarti, and 128 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
