Description
Zeffie’s Studio is a newly built accommodation located in Olympiada on Athos and offers a first floor apartment with a spacious terrace and partial sea view.
The apartment is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi and the windows are secured with mosquito nets. It has two beds, with one double bed and is about 25m2 in size, while the terrace is 30m2.
The kitchen is fully equipped, offering two hotplates, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a large fridge with a freezer, and a large oven.
The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hair dryer is also available.
The terrace is spacious and has a partial view of the sea. The accommodation also offers a free barbecue, and parking is available on the street.
Argyras Home is located 100m from the sandy beach.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every three days.
Pets are allowed up to 5 kg, with prior agreement with the owner.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
