Accommodation description

Zeffie’s Studio is a newly built accommodation located in Olympiada on Athos and offers a first floor apartment with a spacious terrace and partial sea view.

The apartment includes air conditioning and a fan. In addition, a safe and free Wi-Fi are also available. It has two beds, with one double bed and is about 25m2 in size, while the terrace is 30m2.

The kitchen is fully equipped, offering two hotplates, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a large fridge with a freezer, and a large oven.

The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hair dryer is also available.

The terrace is spacious and has a partial view of the sea. The accommodation also offers a free barbecue, and parking is available on the street.

Zeffie’s Studio is located 100m from the sandy beach.

Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every three days.

Pets are allowed up to 5 kg, with prior agreement with the owner.

The studio is exactly as described, and our host welcomed us warmly. Upon arrival, we found wine and water in the refrigerator, along with fruit, coffee, tea, sugar, and all the essentials in the bathroom, including those little things you wouldn't even think of. The host is very kind and recommended places in the area that we could visit. All praise for the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
