The ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to three adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a single sofa.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi, a TV, and a hairdryer. Guests also have access to a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster—ideal for preparing light meals.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
