Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
The House of Alkyon Apartments are located in the coastal town of Toroni, on the southwestern part of the Sithonia peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature and with a beautifully landscaped yard and barbecue corner, they offer you a pleasant rest and relaxation. They are an ideal choice for families and friendly gatherings. The nearest sandy beach is 700 meters from the accommodation.
This facility consists of three studios and one apartment, and depending on the type of accommodation unit, it can host a maximum of five adults.
Three studios, arranged on the first floor, are intended for a maximum of two adults and one child. They have a room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Each studio has a double bed, and in some it is possible to add an extra bed.
The apartment, located on the second floor, is intended for a maximum of five adults. It has a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is one bed for one person and a sofa for two people.
Upon request, and within the price, a baby cot is also available to guests.
In these air-conditioned units, free Wi-Fi internet, a TV and a hairdryer are at guests' disposal. Each studio has a kitchenette with a one-burner stove and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the apartment has a kitchen equipped with a large four-burner stove and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer and a toaster.
Each studio has a private balcony equipped with a table and chairs, while the apartment has three balconies with seating.
Behind the building there is a beautiful and well-kept yard, with a shared barbecue area, seating and deckchairs.
Pets are not allowed in this facility.
During the stay, the guests take care of the hygiene and cleaning of the accommodation themselves. A replacement set of bed linen and towels is available every fourth day, and guests change it themselves, according to their own needs.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests, in the yard in front of the building.
The House of Alkyon Apartments are located 3.5 km from Porto Koufo Beach, 5.5 km from Tristinika Beach, 22 km from Neos Marmaras, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 130 km from the accommodation.
