Accommodation description

Vour 52 is located in an ideal position for visiting the beaches in the vicinity of Vourvourou and beyond. With a fenced and landscaped yard, private parking and a swimming pool with a bar, it represents a true little oasis for all the guests.

The accommodation is located on the main road, so it is an excellent starting point for visiting the many nearby beaches. The nearest beach is the town beach of Vourvourou and it is about 1km away. There is a pizzeria 130m away, and the nearest market is about 1.2km away.

It offers studios for two to four people and apartments for a maximum of five people. There are four double studios (22m2) in total and they are located on the ground floor and on the first floor. They are equipped with a double bed. There are two three-bed studios, one older and smaller (25m2) and one newer and more spacious (30m2), both located on the first floor. They are equipped with a double bed and a sofa, and the sofa in the newer studio is bigger. There are seven four-bed studios (25m2) and they are located on the ground floor and on the first floor. They are equipped with one double and two single beds. There are two apartments in total and both are located on the second floor. They are equipped with one double and two single beds and one sofa.

All accommodation units have internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The kitchen has standard equipment. In all studios, except for the new one, there is a small oven with three hot plates and a smaller refrigerator with freezer compartment, and in the apartments and the new studio there are a stove and a large refrigerator with small freezer compartment. In the bathroom there is an enclosed shower area. The balconies have a table and chairs, they all overlook the yard, and on the first and second floor they also have sea view from afar. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every third day.

Within the fenced yard there is a private parking lot, a swimming pool and a regularly maintained lawn. Next to the pool there are deckchairs that guests can use with a drink from the bar next to it.

If you want to enjoy with your children by the pool, without thinking about anything else, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.
