Owners description
In a tranquil location in the village of Vourvourou, on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula, lies the accommodation of Emi House, which opens onto a private sandy beach with natural shade and offers airy lodging units with views of the sea and Diaporos island. The town center with all amenities is 1km away, and the famous Karidi beach is 2.5km away.
There are seven accommodation units available, spread across the ground floor, first, and second floors, which are structured as studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms. Studios for three people feature a double bed and a single bed in the kitchen area, while apartments for three people include a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom. Apartment No.6, with a capacity for five people, has a double bed in the both bedrooms and a single bed in the kitchen area, apartment No.7, also for five people, has a double bed in the bedroom, a single bed and a sofa for two in the kitchen area, while apartment No.5, accommodating six people, contains a double bed and a single bed in the both bedrooms.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot can be added.
All lodging units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board upon request, a kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with a small oven and three burners, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Only in apartment No.5, there is a toaster and a microwave oven.
Depending on the floor level of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy a direct view of the sea from the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating furniture.
In the enclosed and well-maintained courtyard with plenty of greenery and colorful flowers, guests have access to sun loungers and umbrellas, a children's playground, and two gazebos with a barbecue. From the courtyard, there is direct access to the private sandy beach, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas that guests can use for free, as well as two canoes.
Small pets up to 5kg are allowed upon request in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, with bed linen and towels changed every three days. There are two washing machines in the accommodation that guests can use for free.
Private shaded parking and a boat ramp are available in the courtyard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
