Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Emi House is situated in a tranquil location in Vourvourou. It offers an ideal accommodation for nature and peace lovers. This property overlooks a private sandy beach with natural shade, providing a unique opportunity to enjoy tranquility and natural beauty without crowds. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and guests also have access to two canoes for water fun. All accommodation units boast a magnificent view of the sea and Diaporos Island.
The distance from the town center, where all necessary amenities are located, is 1 km, while the popular Karidi beach is 2.5 km away.
The accommodation features seven spacious and bright units, distributed on the ground floor, first, and second floor. Guests can choose between studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms. Studios for three people include a double bed and a single bed in the kitchen area. Apartments for three people have a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom. Apartment no. 6 can accommodate five people and features two double beds in the bedrooms and a single bed in the kitchen area. Apartment no. 7 also accommodates five people and offers a double bed in the bedroom, a single bed, and a sofa for two in the kitchen. Apartment no. 5, with a capacity of six people, has one double bed and a single bed in each bedroom.
All units are equipped with air conditioning and have a TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, and ironing facilities available on request. The kitchen in each unit includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with a small oven and three burners, a kettle, and a coffee maker. A toaster and a microwave are available only in apartment no. 5. Depending on the floor level of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view from the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating furniture.
The yard is large, fenced, and meticulously maintained, full of greenery and flowers, offering numerous amenities - sun loungers and umbrellas for sunbathing, a children's playground, as well as two pergolas with a barbecue. The yard provides direct access to the private sandy beach, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas that guests can use free of charge, and two canoes are also available for additional fun. Private parking is provided in the yard, and guests also have access to a boat ramp.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Two washing machines are available for free use.
