Our description

Right on the beach, in Vourvourou, there are modernly equipped apartments Kokkinos. A yard with natural shade and toys for children, as well as free sun beds and parasols on the beach make this accommodation an ideal choice for families with children.

The accommodation itself is located directly on the sandy beach, while the nearest market is about 800m away, and the first cafe and tavern are about 1.5km away.

It offers one three-bed studio (Itamos), three four-bed apartments (Diaporos, Karidi and Livari) and two five-bed duplex apartments (Vourvourou and Sithonia).

Studio Itamos (18m2) is equipped with one double bed and one single sofa bed.
Apartments Diaporos, Karidi and Livari are identically furnished, they have two double beds. The difference is in the size, so the apartment Diaporos (32m2) is slightly smaller than the other two (35m2).
Apartment Vourvourou (42m2) has a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other one. A folding bed for the fifth person is located in the hallway.
Apartment Sithonia (45m2) in both bedrooms has one double bed, and in the room with kitchen it has a sofa bed.

All accommodation units are air conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets, hair dryer, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with two hot plates, small oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Cleaning is done every day, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

The yard is very spacious, fenced, full of natural shade, toys for children, outdoor furniture, and there is also a mini bar. Free sun beds and parasols are provided on the beach for each accommodation unit. Private parking is also provided for the guests.

After entering Vourvourou at the first turn from the highway from the direction of Nikiti, continue straight for another 800m, then turn left into the alley that will lead you to the accommodation.

Owners description

The Kokkinos Apartments resort is situated right by the beach with the shadow of the trees touching the calm waves of the Vourvourou golf, an area integrated in the “Natura 2000” program. The building consists of five apartments. Four of them have two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

The resort is surrounded by a fully green garden with many plant species, trees and colorful flowers which will make your staying here a pleasant and relaxing one.

The apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV SAT, BBQ point at the yard, parking place, children’s playground, beach umbrellas and sun beds, all included in the price.

On our big and spacious balconies with the beautiful sea view of the Vourvourou small islands you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner or you can either use our wooden tables by the sea.

The clean blue -green water of the sea is ideal for swimming for both young and old and the beach with its white fine sand is the best choice for sunbathing and relaxation. The area is also considered to be the perfect spot for fishing, water skiing, wind surfing, yachting, canoe-kayak, sea bike, etc.
